Installed app, it wouldn't open just kept stopping! Re-installed app, same issue. I am using my samsung tablet to view the app but it just wont open! Have sent feedback report, to date no response.....

Won't let me log in with my own account, let me create a new one or view products in the app... Not worth the download. Just use the browser on your phone (even though the new, updated browser doesn't work well with phones)

Instead it opens up a rather limited internal browser for you to 'attempt' to use. If that wasn't frustrating enough, the in app registration process seems to be separate from the website registration process. It's 2015 guys, this should be happening a little more smoothly than this by now? Fantastic product being massively let down by a pointless app.

What's the point in having the app if all it does is takes you to the website anyway and takes longer to load the website. Very pointless app.

The guy in the van is outside my house selling us ice cream.. and the site says you don't deliver to my area?! Really need to fix!! This is also happening on the PC version so might wanna get the tech team on it..

I put in my correct address and it sais error. The ice cream man derlivers in my street every fortnight. His name is craig. Im unistalling it until its fixed.

I love home ice cream, the application sucks though, not even kidding the home ice cream truck was driving around my subhurb I quickly download the app, and it says you don't deliver in my area? Hm?

If you do not select the street type or state properly the response is 'do not deliver to your area ' where is the option to order online via the app. I have already uninstalled.

Doesn't operate correctly. Screen has milky overlay and if your lucky enough to read it says van coming in two weeks....again...haven't seen them since Xmas.

Says you deliver on my street. Haven't seen a home ice cream truck in years. Notification does not go off either.

Won't let me back back out of the app. No delivery to my address when it drives past my door.
