Doesn't work on my Galaxy S8, times out when attempting to connect to the URL

Usually works but have recently seen it suddenly throwing an error when trying to connect and then it tends to forget the login credentials. It's also very slow to start which results in annoying alarm noise if you are trying to disarm after entering the house. A small app like this should be very quick to start.

Functionality is pretty good overall. Jan update has fixed log bug and added the ability to change notification tone which is great. However I now need to put in a pin to set alarm which is a nuisance. Again, what is the utility output able to connect to?

Simple to use app. However found a bug, in which you couldn't activate the alarm remotely via phone, if you've used a key fob keyring to deactivate the alarm when you entered the house. The workaround was to disarm via the keypad again to fully unlock the use for remote arming via phone.

Just had this installed however history has stopped working. Can't check who is in who is out. Installers say because wifi must be down....but it's not down. Says anytime anywhere .....clearly not

Recent update now requires a PIN code to set the alarm. That's a bit tedious and I don't see any security benefit. Otherwise a good system and reasonable app.

Works perfectly! Only downside is that I have to type in pin code to unset alarm.. If I use my keyfob to unset it just does it, why can't this have it as an option?..

Great app, but when the alarm is going off it would be good to have more than just a normal notification to let you know

The worst app I've ever come across, so buggy, keeps crashing. Doesn't respond or connect to the panel half the time. Slow to disarm, just annoying, when it should just work. Definitely not good enough to replace a key chain remote.

Would be useful if partitions could be created/deleted in app. Also any chance alert notifications could make the phone vibrate or play a sound? Alarm goes off and I wouldn't know.

Seems to omit zones quicker since the update but there should be a panic alarm feature within the app to remotely activate.

Worked fine before. Now takes so long to load up it times out.

I see now support for ONVIF camera, but cant any information on the website, what to do to enable it? is there an extra cost ?

Stupid app takes 60 secs to load and once loaded 9 out of 10 times gives connection error "read time out". Shame on Risco. I regret installing Risco system.

Functionality is pretty good overall. July update caused the date/time in the event logs to show incorrectly. Have cleared cache and reinstalled app but still wrong. Also I get the occasional timeout error for no good reason which I didn't before. What is the utility output able to connect to?

Since the update, it's now not working properly! When I open the app it says, panel is offline and a time, but it isn't offline? Also says one of detectors needs to be omitted? But again the detector is working fine, as once the alarm is set the using the keypad the detector is green and working?? Surely you check the update works correctly before launching the update??

I seem to receive alerts from other systems making me think my alarm has activated. As an installer I have tested many systems on my phone but always use a different email address and remove the details once complete. This has happened half a dozen times and fools me each time. I know it's not my system as the zone description is different but it's quite frustrating. I have uninstalled this app and reinstalled it but it keeps happening. Is there a way to cure this? Other than that I love it's simplicity.

There used to be an obvious delay in setting or upsetting partitions or omitting zones, but since updating yesterday everythings happening straight away.

Now I only get a silent notification. I would expect that an alarm sound would be triggered on my phone

Terrible Customer support. I have called twice and left messages but nobody has called back. Needed to get something sorted out before i went on holidays but can't get in touch with them.

Alarm notifications not received if application is not running. - This is a big security issue. Notifications listener should be implemented as service so it will be received also if application is not running.

Very positive addition to my lightsys2 alarm. It will be nice to have a,b,c and d shortcuts buttons from the keypad to be added on the app.

Good app....works as it should......would be nice to arm and disarm from my watch

Lightsys2 and this app makes great sense. Pity that I can't access the A B C D buttons on the app though in order to use the groups and macros.

This app is so handy. I havent used my keypad in ages. It times out now and again but I can live with that. Being able to switch my lights on without leaving the sofa is class. When the alarm activates the app lets me take control immediately. THUMBS UP!!

Sick of this, contacted the alarm installers to help me get my app running again after an update.. They won't respond.. contacted risco who wont help as the guy told me to contact the installers as they are the only ones that can contact risco. . Really poor customer service..

After being buglarized before, now I can have a good night's sleep not worrying. Unfortunately this apps' video camera is still not fully operational. I have a separate camera app and this complement this app. I would rate this 5 if this was operational.

only works on my device with WiFi LAN, not 3G. Sigh. Sony Xperia V.

Great app Risco! Gives you full control over the alarm. Just two requests to get the 5th star: 1. The camera pictures are only 320x240 res on the app on the Webpage they are 640x480 and it's very noticeable. Please increase the resolution on the mobile app. 2. Could we get a ui upgrade to bring the app in line with googles new 'material' design.

Working, but very basic control. I'd like to request photos from all cameras, and then come back later and browse the photos by time, not click through every camera... EDIT: Don't understand why all these permissions - minus one star.

Does what I need not had any problems

For basic users it is easy to use but for a more demanding users it has become very difficult to select or change options.

Excellent. Very happy with the app and company.
