I lost data of most leads after an open house and can't find a contact information for technical support. This app has a great potential, but I would have to look for something else.

HELP!!! Someone just posted same thing, ALL OF MY LEADS FROM TODAYS OPEN HOUSE ARE GONE!! HAD A 500K CASH BUYER NEEDING TO BUY ASAP!! AND SEVERAL OTHER GREAT LEADS! support only has email Monday -Friday??

I was originally in love with this app until yesterday when I had an open house and lost HALF OF MY LEADS after the app had synced when connected to wifi. I've contacted support to try to find a solution to retrieve the lost leads but no luck. I will have to move on to a new application since I cannot risk losing so many leads again. This is the potential lost of thousands of dollars and I'm incredibly frustrated that this happened.

It's an alright app, but you need to be connected to Internet to setup open house. Some areas where I work have limited cell coverage. Which makes the app useless.

GARBAGE! Just did an open house yesterday and all of my leads are gone, but one. Customer service support will get back to me in two days which is far too long in this business. I had 4 promising leads that I am now unable to contact - this app has potentially cost me thousands.

Terrible app, loses your data. Don't even bother to install.

Where to start... uploading photos almost always takes three tries, constant crashes, defaults to sending your signed in guests embarrasing emails, claims the listings are yours on their website (legal issue), did i mention constant crashes. Im very well versed in technology, not a dummy when it comes to proper app use. This app was very poorly written. Looks great, runs like crap.

Was soexcited to use this. On my way to an open house and thought it work work better than paper and pen. But not working

Unable to enter number of bed or baths on a listing. Maybe comes with the upgrade version? Shame too...was really excited to use it.

It won't load pics on my Samsung S, you have to login online to do it. Also online you can only upload one pic at time which ends up taking awhile.

I paid for the upgrade. It does not sync to the desktop and give me the features promised. Very dissapointed as I am on my way to an open house and really wanted this to work.

The app starts on its own without prompt, which will disrupt you while using your phone, it will stop you from answering calls when this happens and other apps will be interrupted. There is no clear way to delete finished open houses and you need to log in to a website to change the settings. Fix these glaring issues and then it will be 4 of 5 stars. EDIT: Also discovered that it sends an email on its own to customers who log in...there is no way to know what it said.

I decided to check out all the hype on this app as I was excited to give it a shot. First thing I noticed that is very annoying is the app starts automatically at boot. There is no way to switch that setting off. This is usually a sign of a poorly coded app. Secondly, it won't allow me to enter a postal code (numbers and letters) through the app (for Canadian postal codes), only a US zip code with numbers only.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S and I am in the United States. Works great for me so far.
