Salter MiBody for Android
Ok you have some good tutorial videos to make sense of the confusion. I dislike 1) having to press the button on the bottom of the scale to connect to .Y phone each time. I also find 2) it's annoying that when I connect I simply have to remember who is user 1,2,3 or 4. It would be helpful to be able to to name the users!
This app is not user friendly at all!!! Does not allow me to set-up the password at all. I am definately sending the scale back aswell.....
When I saw all the bad reviews my heart sank a little bit because I had already bought the scales. It was a little bit fiddly to set up but after reading the instructions a few times I managed to get everything working fine.
Why won't it pair to my phone anymore. The one reason I bought this scale was to track progress, what do I need to do now use pen and paper? Salter you have wasted my money
It is possible to create a password, if you do it right. Most people giving 1 star reviews complain about not being able to create password, saying the button is greyed out, and that it won't go any further, You can create password, but you must click on the line below the one you input your created password, where it says "confirm". Re-enter the same password, as before, on this line, and the previously greyed out button becomes active, allowing you to continue. YOU MUST ENTER PASSWORD ON BOTH LINES. Haven't actually got my scales yet, so don't really know how good this app, or the scales are. Hence 3 stars.
Read the reviews so was a little concerned. App works really well. Does all I need. Haven't had any of the issues other people have.
would not accept my profile info on my mobile so didnt even get started
Slow when navigating and interacting. Terrible interface. Bad overall design and implementation.
I left a review earlier and ~somehow~ it's disappeared. I can't get past the password setup because the OK button is greyed out no matter what I put in. This app therefore doesn't work for me and plenty of others and has made the new scales I bought somewhat pointless.
Afew days in and had no issues at all, making my accounts and connected 2 phones to scales easily. Would be 5 star if it would sync to Google fit or Samsung health
Salter please sort this out. It won't let me past the password stage. If the app cannot be downloaded i may as well of bought a cheaper scale.
The app isn't syncing up correctly with my scales
Wont connecy to my blood pressure monitor no more!!!
Bad setup instructions. App is buggy!
Gets in a loop trying to create account: enter email, enter password repeat, repeat, repeat. Won't be purchasing scales as app is so rubbish
A tutorial would help massively to help connect to the scales and show how to use the features good idea though
Need lot of improvement
My latest upload has decided to log my data in the year 2028. Naturally you'd think the date/time could be modified in the settings menu but its nowhere to be found. Having to resync with my scales all the time is a job in itself, nothing is easy with this app. The one positive I would say is that the structure and display has the makings of a good app but it is so poorly made. Hilarious reply. Since deleted my reading and got a reading on the right date. Took one the next day and it decided it was 2032.
The app doesn't calculate all the measurements (water, muscle, bone etc). It only registers the BMI and weight....this isn't a cheap scale..
Apart from having to sync every use the scales work perfectly well. As with every piece of technology it takes some getting used to but after a few uses im extremly happy with my scales.
After the problems of older versions the app works well now. Even the goal settings has stopped misbehaving and it's nice to have the colour coding back. The scales need feet to be damp to stop receiving an error message, I think a lot of people don't realise that and think the scales are not working properly. They've helped me to lose nearly 2 stone so far.
Can't login today for some reason. Password reset doesn't seem to be working
Since updating the app, I have not been able to sync data. Sort it out please.
Worked well for a few weeks and then created my statistics from 1992 to 2018. Now it doesn't update at all because it's just made up a load of imaginary numbers..

Do not buy the scales if you want to use the app with them because the app doesn't save any of your goals that you input and it keeps freezing and logging you out ....others have complained about this but the makers of the over 70 pounds worth of scales are only interested in their 70 pounds and not interested in updating their app that goes with their scales so that they work together..a total rip off
Works sporadically, syncs when it feels like it and fires out random numbers like it's a bingo caller. Scales say I'm one weight, app records another. To continue to advertise this app as a feature of the scales is highly misleading of Salter and results in an expensive waste of money for the consumer.
Impossible to create a user.
Latest update has killed the app no longer communicates with scale, gone back to the previous version which works fine
One of the worst if not the worst Android app I have ever come across. After 10 days of trying to make it work more than 1 in 10 attempts I simply gave up. A truly awful piece of crap from Salter. Don't waste your time on the app or your money on the scales
I can pair to the scale OK, but every time I stand on it, it says Err on the scale screen. Weirdly, at the same time my phone says 'new scale data received' and my weight appears on the phone. So it kind of works, but I need to re-pair before each weigh-in because after the Err message appears, the scale stops trying to send data to the phone indefinitely.
Have added goals but they don't get saved. No matter how many times I've tried. Wish I had reviewed the app before I bought the scales.
Pairing is OK but only first day is imported into smartphone. This app is a really crap one.
Nulle à mourir
Honestly don't see how this can be legal. Presumably like most people I purchased the scales to use with the app however the app does not accurately record data, continually resets the scales each time I use them and does not work on Android or IOS devices. I have contacted Salter several times but they refuse to acknowledge these issues. Clearly it's not a user issue as there are so many complaints. Essentially I've now spent £70 on a set of scales that only have the functionality of the £20 version.
Salter no body
Worked perfectly
The app only works on devices with Bluetooth Low Energy. This means all recent iPhones, and some Android devices. Works very well on my Moto E, which is a very basic phone. Of course, if it worked on Windows Phone, all current Lumias have the LE tech. But there is no Windows app. I am using it with the Salter scales. The only problem with the app as far as I can see is that there is no sign of it working, and it takes a few seconds or more for the readings to be shown. You may think nothing is happening, and then end up retrying, with the result that you get several readings at once. Hence the missing 1 star
Won't pair and keeps giving error message not worth the price paid.

It gets stuck on the password phase of set up. It won't let me click 'ok' to confirm and take me to the next stage, so I can't even use the thing. Infuriating. I've tried various passwords and none of them will confirm.
