BEWARE!!!.... FRAUD ALERT!!! Utter fraud at all levels. I had my refrigerator fixed (rather NOT) from this callous and unprofessional service. The technician came and told the compressor has gone faulty and needs to be replaced. He did the same and charged 8000 Rs for the same. After he left I noticed that only the freezer was working and the lower part was warm. I called them again and they said they would send someone to take a look. But it's been 3 weeks now and I have not heard from them. Initially the manager of the team Abdul made empty promises about sending a technician but no one turned up yet and he is not picking up my calls now. Contacting the customer care service did not help either. Seems like entire team is hell bent to exploit and con the customer at all levels. Complain number 319398 registered on 23rd July 2017

These people are all fraudsters. They take your working original electronics parts and replace them with cheap local parts. And believe me no one is there to address your issue. They have absolutely zero customer support.

Charged me 8k for tv service and still it has same problem and when I call them back they disconnect the call and do not respond. Such worst service. Don't go for it. Pathetic

First of all f**k you all those who gave this app good stars. This company is bogus, their employees their services. Please do not give them your appliances, they take away original parts and replace with local parts. They took my led TV for repair and returned with an old local led panel. If you complain their employees will come to your house and fight with you, once they get your address they will not let you live in peace.

They took my TV for servicing but later they not responding on its whereabout. Guys be aware I lost my TV it seems. Don't go for them

I have had a very bad experience with their service team. They are inefficient and incapable of fixing problems. No response even after raising the complaint on phone and mails... Pls beware!!! My refrigerator had water leakage problem and the water was coming out from the base. Unfortunately took your company service to fix the issue and spent Rs. 3000/- for taking your service and the problem is still not resolved. Despite many calls and mails, none of your people have bothered to respond.

I used them to fix my LG led tv , they said they had to replace a chip and they charged a bomb (8k). 10 days after they service the tv, the audio is now jarred and the video is distorted . Called them a couple of times , but no technicians have called back. Very unprofessional, seem like scamsters. Beware !!!

Gave our TV for repair .. A few days after the repair the TV started having problems, this time I called the folks from lg. They inspected and told us that these guys had taken our original parts and replaced with some old parts. Now it will cost me 8000 rs more. Beware of these guys.

BEWARE!!! While the app sounds perfect, these guys just aggregate local repair men with lesser than average skills, and are bloody THIEVES that charge you WAY more than even the company itself. I had the misfortune of using them today for a Faber Chimney service, which is in perfect condition, but they charge 600 for regular cleaning and 1500 for full cleaning - MUCH MORE THAN FABER themselves.. I also had another problem where the switch had broken off the regulator and I asked to fix/change that, and the response was to CHANGE THE ENTIRE BOARD!! (for another 1800 bucks!!) Am I crazy?? My mistake to go with these charlatans in the first place!! BEWARE!!!

I installed the app, selected laptop service, and dialled the number. A lady picked up the phone and said, "sorry, we don't offer laptop service". Amazing!
