I downloaded the app to see the map and it doesn't even work. If I would have known that this app doesn't really work I would have just gotten a different chip that's good forever just a one time fee. In 2016 y'all have to update this thing to keep customers.

Where are the links to share to social media? When I am notified of a lost cat or dog in the area, I like to share the details online. I used to use the website, but since the upgrade, when I share, all that posts is a link to the website. It used to show a picture of the pet and all pertinent details. People will remember seeing the pic of the lost animal, they don't want to click a link to go to the website. What's more important, finding the lost pet or your click-through rate? I have tried to send these concerns through the "Contact Us" link on the website. Every email gets rejected by the server for an "invalid recipient". Fix the issues.

Map Doesn't Work. Should be a great app, it's finally updated to work with my phone and low and behold the map that's supposed to show where my lost cat is doesn't work... app is useless without the map.

Just downloaded the app went to the disclaimer and doesn't move from there. I had this app on my last phone, which is the exact same model as this one and it worked fine. Very disappointed!

Paid for the chip but the app doesn't work, maps and database don't load... please fix this app ASAP so I can actually use what I paid for!!!

Kinda confusing

I found a pet that was lost on here. Wouldn't let me approach and ran. Couldn't notify owner through app and local officials don't work on Sunday here. Now the owner could have gotten their pet but instead it is still missing. Sad day.

It is comforting to know my pets have a better chance to come home if they are ever lost.

Notifications and map won't work

If I can't see the map in order to find my dog then how is that supposed to be worth my time or trouble to install it?

Seeing as app hasn't been updated since 2012 makes me wonder how invested they are in making this work. I haven't been able to use this since 2013. I now have a S5, and will be uninstalling, since it's obvious they don't care about upgrading app. It's too bad. As of 7/21/15 the android version STILL has not been updated, whereas iPhone has. WHY?? It's upsetting to me since my pet has their chip and if, heaven forbid, he were to get loose, everyone with upgraded Android phones wouldn't be able to look him up. It's ridiculous that it's been two years since I have been able to use this.

I should be able to get into my account to update information without having to go online. Upsetting to hear about the problems others are having getting their pets back. Hope this company listens and fixes its shortcomings.

Why in the world isn't this compatible with my Galaxy 5 smartphone? Since both my dogs are chipped, I follow this pretty closely and wish it was easier to find out if dogs are found.

But it would be a lot more helpful if I could pull up a larger image of the missing pet. The thumbnail is small even on my phablet

We'll see how this work

I just installed this and started looking at some lost pet reports to compare the map view with where the pet was reported. It seems that the locations being reported might be the home location of the pet, and NOT where it was last seen or lost at. If that's true then I question how useful this app might be.

This is a good idea to have. Hope it helps find lost pets. To bad cant do a gps in micro chipping to locate your pet nomatter where they at. That would be great!!!
