Sadly this app does not work. I found it on SH website, it sounded so awesome, but nope, as I figured, no good! Couldnt get past the outline of the hand where it was spossed to scan your hand. Will be UNINSTALLING NOW! Thanx for nothing!

Does not work. Downloaded for granddaughter and locks up phone.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I wasn't hopeful but gave the app a shot anyway. I was not disappointed! It was very easy to scan my hand and my nails were colored perfectly. I found so many new colors to try that I probably wouldn't have picked from a store display. This app takes the worry out of wasting money on a bad color choice. Well done!

This app was good until it started to make my phone over heat! My phone has never had to close all of my apps and force itself into cool down mode until I installed the app. Very unsatisfied!

It's great but...in order to make it work you need a white sheet of paper. Why can't you use it without it? I'm just wondering.

Downloaded while reading the reviews...was going to stop the download but it completed so I scanned my hand once and picture actually came out good...but no thumb. Going thru the colors and it did paint my nails.

You really do need to use a white background and hold your hand up in the air above it. But it works and recommends shades I guess based on your skin tone. I like it because it's the most realistic looking app of its kind.

It's not exactly what I was looking for. But it'd be super neat to make an app that helps you keep up with which colors you have and which ones you don't. Some shades are so close, I've bought multiples by accident. Just food for thought.

Great idea but doesn't work. The colors don't cover my nails. And there are not 200 or more colors. It showed less than 10 colors. Clicked on Contact but page wouldn't come up. This app is a nightmare and needs lots of work! Uninstalling until you fix it.

Couldn't get it to even open. Sounds like a great idea for an app. Hope it gets up and going soon

Tried it in store. Interface is not intuitive and the bar code scanner didn't work at all. Immediately uninstalled.

If you have smaller hands DO NOT get this app. Would not line up with my hand. Very blurry image.

Downloaded it after I seeing it on Good Morning America but it's a waste of time. It keeps giving you errors, has a problem scanning, it will just frustrate you.

I installed this app after seeing on the Sally Hanson website. It was a waste of time. You need a piece of white paper just to scan your hand. When I was selecting colors they weren't even in my nails. I'll just continue to pick colors the way I always have.....see it online and go but it.

Saw this on GMA this morning and was super excited to try it. Frustration is all this app did for me!!! Does not wait long enough to allow a decent scan before capturing the image. However, once the colors are recommended you receive the error in scan message "try again", or it simply shows the outline hand not your own. Tried it at least 20 times. UNINSTALLING! Come on guys....if you're going to display your app front and center on the national morning news show BE SURE THE STUPID THING ACTUALLY WORKS.

yes it's hard to scan wish you could just take a picture of your hand and go from there. it's a great idea though.

app could be really fun but unfortunately it was launched before all the bugs are were worked out. One of the things that happens is if you change to a different screen and then go back your nails pop off and are left in different areas and they are not able to br moved back onto your hand. Sort of freaky.

Just saw this on GMA, had to try it...kinda fun, you can always change your hand pose too!!

Saw on GMA. Downloaded and have not been able to use. After having to select numerous times right or left hand, app won't scan hand. Very disappointing. And disgusted with all the info app gathers from phone. No need for that!!! Uninstalling now.

I saw this on GMA this morning and wanted to try it. It force closes itself before I can even get the scanner to open.

It freezes and it take for ever to go to the next step. I seen it on Good Morning America and of course it doesn't work when I download it. Although it did look good on tv

Great idea, poor execution.

Got this from GMA for my daughter to try. Poor image acquisition. Locked my phone up with a blank screen. Had to power down. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Will uninstall immediately after this review.

The other reviewers need to get better at positioning their hand I think. Also do it against a white wall and it works perfectly! The SH instadry top coat is the best on the market and I have tried over 15 different ones. It is the only one that lasts.

I waited so long for this app to be available in the play store and now that it's here I want so badly not to be disappointed in it but its just kinda hard not to be. So far I've probably opened the app and tried it about 25 times and its only worked once and even then it force closed before I even got to see the shades it recommend for me. I really want to like this app but for right now its gonna have to be 3 stars.

I have fat, chubby fingers, so it was difficult to align my hand. Tried left and right hand, and had same result. Held it there for awhile, and it took to long to capture my hand. How long are you to wait for a picture of your hand? Saw this on GMA this morning, said hey why not try it? Guess you have to have skinny fingers! Plus, most salons don't have Sally Hansen products, so whose to say the color gonna match? Whatever! Thumbs down for me! :(
