The only thing you can do is write a message and respond to notification. Cant contact customer service, cant see my profile or update any information. Can't even close the app once open. Need to force close the tasks. Constantly stops working. As soon as i get notification, press on the app it closes itself 'holidog stopped working'. What rubbish is that?!

Terrible customer care, no response on e mails sent to holidog help. Website needs improvement asap. Plus special insurance you have to pay even if a sitter cancels ?? Then pay again for the next sitter! Not happy!

App doesn't work but the website isn't much better. No reply from some sitters and replies from sitters I didn't ask for. I used a different site for my dog sitter. I've now uninstalled this app.

I'm having alot a trouble with the app and even the website itself I didn't know I had an assignment and missed out on it because I couldn't see it on the app and couldn't even respond to the owner to apologise. Feel so bad now. Either the app or the website needs to be more user friendly. Even updating my profile is another problem.
