App is obviously still beta. I cannot search and navigation seems to be very tricky.

for a pain to use dont like it uninstalled i would like total price for holidays and on the dates i choose all combinations in one and one site chooae this and that then it has to be changed why inferior info and site can get all inclusive with flights and trans 7 nights £89 quicker on internet and one site i would say but but then id only have to delet it

Great app

Very basic info. No prices. Reviews are few. To get to reviews you have to click a bar which says "Load other languages ". Hey! The app is already in English. I'll stick with Tripadvisor.

Good app, rated few hotels i've been to. When using the locating function, u quickly realize that it's not being located properly. The hotels i've been to always are streets away from the spot the app (or google) claims to be. Maybe confusing for people never been there.

Is there sound reason for HotelCheck's popularity or is it, like the Idolatry of Herr Hasselhoff, a phenomena defying logic? The hotel selection is sparse & limited mostly to chains, listed details are scant & unremarkable, and most importantly: THE APP DOESN'T GIVE ACCURATE RATES! With all the gifts technology has bestowed upon us to better our leisure time, I can't imagine what would compel anyone to use this one. Could it just be a cultural difference? Sure. Most likely? It's just another bad app.

Great for browsing photos and videos to make sure this is the holiday you want :) massive thumbs up

More holiday information can only be a good thing.

- Make language selectable from app, don't automatically adjust to device language. - Make showing (often poorly) translated reviews optional. Let user decide if they want to read original, foreign languages. - Tablet device support quick, please!

Ich finde die App grundsätzlich gut gemacht. Sie lässt sich flüssig und intuitiv bedienen und sieht schick aus. Allein das Kamera-Symbol ist unglücklich, da unzutreffend. Leider stürzt die App immer wieder ab. Schade finde ich, dass der Funktionsumfang der App unter dem des stationären Auftritts liegt: a) Keine ausführliche Hotelbewertung möglich. b) Noch mehr vermisse ich mobil die Möglichkeit, Fotos zu einer Bewertung hochzuladen. Gerade mobil bietet sich dieses Feature an. Nur Quick-Checks sind mit einem Foto möglich. c) Unter "Meine Beiträge" kann ich nicht sehen, wie viele Leute diese betrachtet haben und wie viele sie hilfreich fanden. d) Hotelbuchungen gehen in der App auch nicht, aber das vermisse ich dort auch nicht.

Oft werden Apps von größeren Seiten mit sehr wenig Liebe und eingeschränktem Nutzen entwickelt. Dies ist hier anders! Wer gerne auf der Website stöbert, ist mobil mit der App ebenfalls gut aufgehoben!
