As a learning tool this program previously provided Chinese characters for recognition in the locale for its use - while helpful to have romanized guide, this change defeats the purpose of true language learning - integrate the Chinese script into the romanji and a better rating will prevail (use Menu to toggle for different level learners) - no purchase of this program will occur until both translation methods are offered in free version.

I already know how to speak Cantonese and was looking for some app that could teach me more... It is a really good app for all newbies though! But if you want to learn more, then this app is not for you! (I don't know how the not-free version is though ^_^')
