Patient Sheet

This app was created to save the forms patient sheet using the anectesiologo and then being able to print on the pc.

All patient sheet stored in the database of aplicasion and then you can save in the external memory device when it is one and also check them all in a folder called patient sheet as shown in the sample images of app.
