Credits expire after a while and my money got wasted. Anyway call quality is low. Don't waste time.

I request a call back, the other party phone rings but my phone apps is not connected and the other party gets cut off.. why is it not working at all.

Many times send sms. Got charged but sms got never delivered. Also getting 505 error when installing this app. Poor company. I want my $10 back

Wrote to CS but only replied with worthless answer and no response from them anymore. Beware: Check your usage time manually because hoiio 1sec as 1min. And your sms messages might not be received on the other end, and internet call is just for your eyes.

I was impressed by mya whereas my apps actually crashed. And ms mya get her technicians to fixed the issue of mine within minutes. Good job (:

Lousy company. Your subscription do not last and it will suddenly expire without any warning or notification to renew your subscription.

Up grade to b better but not opposite. Will give more star for improvement. Been with Hoiio for 3-4 yrs.

Its not working, keep saying refused

I own a Asus Zenfone 6 with Kit Kat. Hoiio App does not work at all. It keeps saying "Can not start Sip pack"

Previously it's ok. But recently i cannot top up. It's always stack in there.pl fix this issue.

Too complacent now. Upgraded screen much less friendly

Topup via Visa and Master Card doesn't work. Transfer receipent is empty. Oh, please fully test before release. Wasting time.

This is one of the app I used often but too bad the battery drain when in stand by mode is easy too much. Hope the developer can do something about this.

Callback is consistent and good quality since I started using early 2013. I don't understand what bugs the other reviewers are talking about since I have yet to observe them.

Not working after update. Connection always break

I face connection error after my last update. It affect my phone call, I try reinstall this pps but dose not help. Please look into it ASAP or else I will rate it no star. Before is 4 star. I have use this for a year the service is bad this days,call break off, cannot connect, unable to stop during connecting this is bad because waste tim

ppl who haven't updated the app pls DON'T update. doesn't work after the latest update. I want to be able to use something that I'm paying for! pls fix asap! reinstalling didn't work for me. it was a very useful app while it worked.

Current version always says app crashed when trying to make a call. Never set it to intercept the calls at all Edit : Uninstalling & reinstalling doesn't help. Still the same problem. We'll see what a few days mean in this case. And to think users are paying for the service

It is by far the most prominent feature on Android apps. It's the most useful feature of this app. Please fix it!!

Always have problem. Whenever I dial it will crashed. Apps conflict with the phone.

Hoiio used to be quite stable and reliable and was great if you are traveling frequently. But recently the voice message as well as the missed call alert is not working for my directline. The voice message issue is almost 2 month now and they are unable to fix it. They said this should be a single case and assigned me a new number but it still didn't work. I must say i'm very disappointed and may have to switch to alternate service soon.

When dialing Chinese numbers, sometimes there is no dial tone. In that case I'm not sure what's going on and have to switch to Skype. That bothers me a lot.
