About Student Fees Register
The Student Fees Register Application is a tuition class fees / earnings management application. It enables a private tutor or any coaching class to maintain a list of students enrolled and track their fees payment. This app stores all data locally on the mobile device and does not need any internet connectivity to function.
This App was first published 3 years ago. We have used this app very effectively ourselves for the past 3 years to manage fees collection for our art classes. For various reasons we were unable to keep it updated which resulted in issues with the app in higher versions of android and finally it stopped working in the latest android versions. This new version should address these issues. It comes with a completely revamped and a much easier to use user interface. Going forward we will be upgrading this app more frequently.
As always we are sharing this COMPLETELY FREE APP as a good will gesture to other private tutors like ourselves.
The application has the following features.
- Collect and manage student details
- Group students into batches
- Add new groups and the order in which groups will be displayed
- Allows the tutor to send fees receipts to students via SMS at the stored mobile numbers for the students.
- Enables the tutor to send any message to a single or multiple students at the same time (for example: a fees payment reminder SMS)
- Create and save SMS templates
- Support for key word substitution in SMS templates
- Call a student from within the application
- View the fees paid history of a student
- View of list of students who have defaulted on fees payment
- View the total fees received by batch and month.
- Data backup feature that allows data to be saved in a flat file on the device's memory card.
- Data restore feature that allows data to be imported into the application from a previously backed up file in the same device or copied from a different device.
- Modify the content of the fees receipt SMS
- Configure the name of the class and other values in the drop down lists.
- Search feature that allows the tutor to quickly locate a student across multiple batches either using the name of the student or the mobile number.
- Discontinued students are maintained under a different group.
The application has a built in help documentation that is very handy in learning in detail about the features of the application and their usage.

What's Changed

- Save the joining date of a student, this was not present earlier
- View enlarged image of student profile picture

There is no option for editing new student 's detail from phone contact. May you adit this option please.

Your app b Is good but i suggest and request you to add the following feature In the fees paid column there should be an option of date Like ( from 3 february 2017 ) (To 3 march 2017 ) If you can add this feature then it will become fantastic for me.. We love your app it's great way to manage my tuitions but since I have upgraded my mobile from Lenovo a6000 to Lenovo Vibe k5 the app isn't operable as the menu button is not displaying please correct if you would. It would be awesome. Thanks

Very useful for coaching Class. Pages should be made more attractive. Password lock should be made available. There should be a page of student profile showing date of admissions and student details. Overall nice app. Do download. It is Fantastic. Pls make background white. Its very difficult to see in day light.

I would be glad if the following feature is added 1. Copy whole list of batch to create name list for different subject. Ex same batch of students coming for maths and science. 2.Personalized marks to be sent as SMS for each students. (mark register) 3.Home Work SMS. 3. There is issue with total fee calculations. U r app is good. If u could add above it becomes best. Thanks again.
