Didn't work on either phone or tablet. As a new Jaguar fPace owner, I'm very disappointed that JLR charges so much for a technology package that is half baked. This takes away from the excitement of getting the new car and burns up goodwill with customers. Except for the Remote app, the other apps are mediocre at best, or, like this one, trash that won't even open. All I get is the black screen.

Just like others have stated it does not load at all, I ordered a new car from them I just hope that everything works in that because it appears Jaguar Land Rover cannot get any of their apps to function properly

No matter what OS I run it on it totally crashes or freezes....not worth downloading!!

BTW, the touch pro also have numerous issue. It is worse than any OS beta software. We are paying a lot to be their geinea pig.
