I booked for plumbing Service.Paid Rs.1900/-.All the time plumber was confused & wasn't the expert.Expert wont take 7 hrs to fix commode issue. still there is a leakage to my Commode.Before starting the work plumber told me that Rs.250/- is a base charge & then Rs.100/- per hr.I agreed.After finishing the work plumber was asking Rs.200/- per hr.Just Amazing!! Even he asked for auto fare when he had brought his 2 wheeler.Really pathetic service.Terrible!!

I booked an appointment for an electrician for fan fixing. The app showed minimum Rs.100/- service charges; however the guy who called first said minimum 350/- then said 250/-!! Looks like their service charges depend on the mood of the guy calling the customer! He then went ahead and cancelled the booking without my consent!! If they are themselves so confused about their service charges, wonder how the standard of service would be!! Would depend on the mood of the employee!!

These people simply beating around the bush..if u avail service, the team will quickly response u. The service man will come and charge u inspection charge n go away. They ll fix time on the next day for service. If you call the urbistant executive, simple telling some false reasons... Urbistant is utterwaste !

There is clearly something wrong in the way Urbistant assigns work. Extremely disappointed on two occasions. The first request was for help with connecting my washing machine to an electrical point. They sent a plumber who couldn't do electrical work. I had to place another request for an electrician. The second time I called for installation of my window AC. A technician was sent without wood cutting equipment. The job remained incomplete. They even had the nerve to tell me a carpenter would cost extra.
