Classification is good. Easy to find goods.

It shows me the item list before I choose to use the mall dollar. But there is no final item list before I confirm the payment. At the end some gift are gone because my order didn't reach the amount required after deducting the mall dollar. How can it design like that, customer need to manually remember all the terms when choosing how many mall dollar to use. Very bad shopping experience!

My cart cannot be added after each purchase! It shows up empty/ blank! I had to reset it 3 times now - you a point where it starts getting annoying.. Otherwise, Great services! If this is fixed, I would give 5 stars

various kinds of goods, supermarket's goods, fashion and cosmetic goods, home and family items. but i still prefer to watch and feel carefully in physical stores and then make the purchases. to those rich people, shopping via shopping app should be fun and easy.

a horrible junk sale app, its tv app never work for android tv box, will plague you with lots of junk mail or costly mobile text message and it's difficult to unsubscribe it.

Do u guys have proper QA? This app is so trash

我對於 HKTV Mall 經常在客戶俾錢買貨後﹐在送貨前夕取消貨品感到非常極度不滿﹐而最離奇是明明買貨後一星期貨品還在賣﹐但到送貨期前竟然會因為供應商缺貨而單方面向客戶取消訂單﹐退款已鎖死在 Mall Dollar 回贈或信用咭上﹐實際已打劫了客戶的銀包﹐那些錢已不能用在其他地方﹐在此網購上大額消費前請三思。 客戶服務除了鑵頭答案外﹐是不會有任何有建設性的回答﹐最後更以不回覆來逃避﹐浪費我的時間﹐說好的電郵回覆永不回收到﹐實在令人百思不得其解﹐想不給 1 星也不行。

I really like this app. The products are properly categorized and the product info is very detailed. BUT one big problem is that the stability isn't good enough -- The app just suddenly exits. Don't know if it's because of the low RAM capacity...

In order to encourage comment after purchase, you guys should really take a look at UBER. That app is so much more effortless for ppl to make comments.

Please allow Hong Kong people from outside hk to watch it! Thanks.

Says unstable connection, even on very 100+ mbps

The new QR scanning is convenient but the scan window is reversed, I.e. moving the object up but it shows moving down, same for moving left and right. It made focusing on the barcode very difficult, pls fix it! I am using Nexus 5x with android 6.01.

Since there is no way to disable those annoying notifications, I removed this app.....

I am very annoyed by the unstoppable notification of push messages. TEN TIMES A DAY! Please improve and offer options to turn it off.
