I just donated, can I have the ad removed?

I can say this is a must-have apps in a smart phone and it makes my life much much easier!!!

Very useful and easy to use. But cannot log in sometimes. I understand that you try to get it fixed as soon as possible. But if it happens again, it would be nice if you can send some kind of message or notification to tell us about it. So that we know we have to renew our books by ourselves. But other than that, this is a great app.

It is a good app, it can create multiple account. But cannot logon at the moment

Tried to renew the books, got not functioning. Cleared the data and cache and uninstalled it. Installed again, I got another not functioning when I setup my account... I liked the app so much cuz it's so useful please fix it. Thank you

I have experience using hkpl and this app. Honestly this one save lots of times managing all my kid's account. I sincerely hope that your app can be used again.

Even when I connected to a functioning network, when I click refresh, the app pop up and say network required. Please fix it!

Is there a way to remove the ad at the bottom?

Always suddenly stops functioning. Supposed to remind me to return books before the due day but it doesn't. Then after few days it suddenly does. And after a day of borrowing the book the app still shows no borrowing records.

Auto renewing function is recommended.

I have used this for many years with occasional problems. Now suddenly it had a login error for everyone in the family. I have tried deleting accounts and recreating using the HK ID as well as library card number... But still error is persisting. I hope it would get resolved soon.

Cannot logon again after HK library system was upgraded.

I have used this app for over a year. I usually borrow a number of books for references. With this app, i can easily renew my collections of book with a single click. The late alert notification is reliable. The book searching and book request is fast and easy. Great app.

But if can turn off the notification which is displayed each time the app is run would be better
