Hong Kong Car First Registration Tax (HK Car Tax) Mobile App, developed by the Customs & Excise Department (C&ED), provides citizens and motor traders the following information:

- Notes about the purchase or sale of new motor vehicles;
- Latest Approved Published Retail Price List; and
- Calculation of first registration tax of motor vehicles
