Will edit back to 5 stars upon problem resolution. Lately soundtrack stops when my phone screen turns off. Maybe since latest android update? I'm bummed bc I love this app & now I can't really use it. :-(

Turns off as the screen turns off... I don't understand why that is. No feature to set a time for the nap and I don't know how long the recording is as it doesn't say so anywhere. What a waste of download.

I listened to this so many times. I come back for it over and over. This helped me relax. I am insomniac and I still can't sleep, but it really helps me relax. This app helped me learn progressive muscle relaxation combined with deep breathing and guided imagery.

I'm shocked with how efficient this is. I've never been able to fall asleep in under a half hour. I fall asleep within minutes of starting this meditation. My only complaint is this isn't a nap app, it's for inducing a full night's sleep.

It really works! Even if you don't completely fall asleep it relaxes you, and you end recharged for the rest of the day. I liked this one so much that I bought other ones and all are great. I also love the 30 Minute Nap by The Honest Guys -YouTube.

I found this awful it just didn't work, the more he said not to move the more I felt the need to move, I couldn't keep my eyes closed and now I'm all tense because I have to deal with another night where I fall sleep at 2/3 am to get up at 6 am.

I love all hivebrain apps and they all work well, except this one will not keep playing when display screen automatically locks. This is the only one that does this, please fix

If there is better apps than Andrew Johnson you have a duty to tell the nation. Please don't leave feedback after first try do what the guy says and give it three weeks once a day then come back. I have never meditated in my life- and the loss has been mine. From one Scotsman to another thanks Andrew. Really helpful when the mind and body needs a boost. The only thing is if you use these is have a little belief and open your mind.

As an older returning student who is burning the candle at both ends (and no longer very equipped to do so) this app is just what I need at this point in the semester. I woke with way more energy from my nap than I started with, and didn't even realize that I had slept!

I got 2 hours of sleep last night, and figured it might be worth it to take a power nap. I downloaded this app and used it and I feel spectacular right now. If you have a free half hour it's definitely worth taking the time to use this.

At first I was skeptical, because most of these apps I've gotten in the past were unhelpful. Andrew however, has the most soothing voice and truly helps me to fall into a deep, relaxed state. I feel so much calmer after a session. This is a truly remarkable application.

I suffer from severe migraines and I have many triggers but my main trigger is stress, whether it be emotional, mental or physical stress. Whenever I feel like I have a migraine coming I just put my headphones on and do this. It is quite long, nearly 40 minutes but it helps me so much. I love his voice. I've tried other apps from Andrew Johnson but this is the best for deep relaxation :)

Love this app. When I hit that mid-afternoon energy slump, I can sit down, listen to Andrew (love his soothing voice!) and be ready to go for the rest of the day. Amazing!

I loved this app. Then, I got a lock screen app which assumes focus from other apps whenever the screen turns off. Other apps by this developer have no problem with that, because they can run in the background (just like any other app that focuses on audio). But this app, for some reason, has to be the center of attention in order for the audio to continue. 60 seconds into my nap, my screen turns off, the other app moves to the foreground, and Andrew's voice stops abruptly. Terrible coding.

Very skeptical at first. Gave it a try and it put me down for a little power nap. Woke me up too. Nice little app. Remember it works best if you're in an environment conducive to sleeping. If you slam an energy drink and expect this app to put you down like that. You're going to be disappointed. I really enjoy this app for a afternoon nap to power me through the rest of a hectic day.

I don't usually rate apps but this one surprised me. I'm in college and I was looking for an alarm for a quick power nap after taking three exams and before starting my homework. I saw this and decided to give it a try and wow! I didn't even notice that I had fallen asleep until I woke up and realized that he was telling me to wake up. I woke up feeling great and now I can type this paper! :)

I too had to switch wifi off to download but it took less than a minute. Felt v relaxed but didn't sleep which is what i want from it. Now to settle down to study!!
