The app works in conjunction with supported Hitron devices, such as CGNM, CGNVM & CODA gateways as well as the HT-EMN2 extender. If your device is not supported or your service provider hasn’t updated your gateway’s software yet, the app will not allow you to login.

How do you unblacklist someone... I turned off someone's access and it automatically moved them to the blacklist with no way to remove them. This is a dumb oversight.

Doesn't work. Qr scanner just goes to black screen. No idea how to manually enter info as no menus are available. Avoid!

REQUIRES modem/gateway to have software version 4.5.11.20. My modem had version 4.5.11.16 and app didnt work, i unplugged modem 3 times it finally updated to 4..5.11.20 and app works great. For those that are leaving 0-1 stars you need to reboot modem a couple times or get your ISP to force the modem to get the software update. App works great, easy to use. Functions of app are comparable to the netgear genie, and the Lynksys. You can change SSID, password, all internal settings and the app work.

Unable to connect. Only option to connect is to scan QR Code. Didn't work as network name has changed. How do you get into settings? After it fails it gives me the option to scan QR Code or "Conntected in Settings -> WLAN". Yup it says "Conntected"

Gateway updated per comments. Modem reset per comments. Does not connect. Help is unhelpful. No way to manually connect. No support. Just plain disappointing. Hopefully new updates will help. Best of luck
