The first thing I noticed that needs to be better though-out is where you select your birth date when setting up the app. While the scrolling calendar looks cool it is very annoying to use. Consider a standard drop box for day/month/year instead. Furthermore I noticed once I've clicked into a job, if I want to go back to my search results I can't because the back button returns me to the app home screen. I feel this app really needs a lot of attention if you're hoping to get ETC customers to use it.
