I bought this device from Amazon and am trying to find out why the left side of the ribbon door won't close. There's a gap. I can't find anyway to contact someone. Have already ruined one ribbon. Want to use this!

Now it crashes EVERY time I open a photo. Forget trying to edit and print. It force closes before the photo even loads.. And trying to earn those points? 1pt for every 10 photos? What a scam. I have a $100 paperweight right now. Very unhappy.

Please kindly improve on, 1) the image margin - my stickers always get cropped out at the edge even though they actually are in frame. 2) image compression - photos that are edited and saved with your app are compressed too much.
