HiTalk Free International Call

Almost every time I complete a task for free credits they do not get applied until I report it under "Missing Credits?" within the app. At that point they usually get applied, but sometimes the investigation results come back as rejected. I have started taking screen captured every time I download and complete the tasks, but there is no way to send the images in.

I waste my time watching videos & installing/playing apps. By the time I call, the other person can't hear me. This been happening for like a month now. Lost lots of hard earned credit

Would give higher rating if I got more than one type of credit. Downloaded installed one app got the first 15 credits. Tried to do the same with other apps that it says and got nothing more than space taken up on my phone. Please fix and contact me.

My question is that am I gonna get charged for money if I keep using it or it's totally free and works only for credit?.. And how many credit does it takes per minute?

Tried this app, spent over 100 credits trying to make one call to China. Call quality was beyond terrible. Be careful with spending money.

Now that I bought credits it just stopped working and blacked out the screen and then it started working but all if my credits were gone from 200 to 0!!

Its the best WiFi phone app with free unlimited texts and calls. No stupid credits no credit card no stupid advertising of garbage nobody wants just free calls and text the way a phone app should be.

I bought 100 minutes to call Africa..didn't even spend up to 5 minutes..and it cut off....rubish app..

THE PPL U CALL HAVE TO HAVE THIS APP TOO, BUT IT LETS U MAKE THE CALLS AND USE UP UR PAID FOR CREDITS ANYWAY WITHOUT TELLING U THAT!!!! EVEN THO THEY ARENT GOING THROUGH!! I WANT A REFUND!!!

At first I lived it. I bought 100 credits for 1.99 and called Mexico several times. Now I have payed for credits two times , they come in and then when I go to make call they are gone

Purchased 100 credit and after talking 4 minutes i only have 9 credits

The developer should add notification options and receiving calls via blue tooth devices. otherwise looks okay to me.

No creidts after installing apps. And yes, the cost is also high

I downloaded it and to earn credits I also downloaded 1.IQ Option 2.Heroes of Utopia 3.Classic Bubble 4.Judgement Champian but yet I didn't get credits.Isn't it the sign of Cheat?

Got my free mins to use.. But when I added more free credits to call, I get a pop up messages saying "insufficient balance." Right now I have 31 credits from watching the videos, and I'm still unable to make calls... PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!

I install and run all the apps that Hi Talk requires to receive free credits, but the credits are not being applied to my account. **edit** I was asked to respond with details on the issue. Under "Fastest Way To Earn Credits" it says to download and play an app to receive a certain amount of credits. I do what is asked of me, and the credits do not get applied to my account. I know I am following the instructions correctly as I have been able to successfully earn free credits in the past.

The system said that 1 credit is equal with 1 minute call, and I purchased 100 credits, but I just tried it and the voices was quite clear but when I called my brother for like around 3 minutes it costs me more than it supposed to. I've got 75 credits left but when the call was over my remaining credit is 55 credits. FIX THE SYSTEMS OF THE CALL CREDITS PLEASEEEE

How can I buy credit to call and each time I call an alert pops up saying, still connecting to server, if this message appears over and over try moving to another network please try again in a few seconds for 2 days now? Wtf????

Great idea. Although when I call somebody's number, I can hear them but they can't hear me.

It was great until for the past few days, i am watching so many videos and downloading games but am not getting any credits, fix it and then ill give a 5 star rating

Love the app works perfect but when you say one credit per minute even if you only talk for a second you charge one credit for that, that's not cool y'all should fix that cause its just stealing people credit if it wasn't for that you would of gotten 5 stars fix it please

This app WAS great for me. Getting credits was cheap and easy and the call quality was great, but a few days ago I realized my credit is diminishing much quicker. Before, it was taking one credit per minute, now it's like 16 credits a minute. I put a lot of my money into this app. Fix this asap please! Also, it would be nice if the calls would connect to my Bluetooth.

Basically, I bought some about 100 credits for a few bucks which I thought was fine. I dialed internationally to a friend in South America thinking I would save money, I didn't even spend more than 5 minutes talking to my friend on the phone and I was charged over $100 for international calls on my cellphone . THIS APP IS A RIP-OFF!
