The pay portal issue gets annoying. Would like the option to email direct to assigned DM (or others), since (at times) its a free for all. Also, my DM says accepting of load from app doesn't show on the office side. Lastly, it would be nice if there was a message read mark was there, so you know when it gets read on the office end. So much better than people net! Pretty much only use peoplenet for logging and my arrival/departure msgs.

It is good but the pay section needs fixing. You shouldn't have to log out and back in. The app also crashes when payroll is updating pay statements which shouldn't happen. One other thing make the messages and load data go off of the driver code not the truck number. I am currently in a rental and the app will not let me send or get any messages. Isn't the point of the app if you don't have the people net working for some reason. And being able to send all macros. Those would give the app 5 stars from me.

Not that great u leave messages for your Dm don't get them check on loads there like a month old

Needs updating. Have to constantly log out and log in to refresh messages and pay portal. Push notifications not always reliable. Need more macro options in app.

need to fix breakdown msg. should not have to put tire info in if there is no tire problem.

Good app but can they please put an option to delete multiple messages at one time instead of one at a time!

Review Update: It's okay I guess. I've had issues with the Transflo a couple of times. The "map" feature is not always accurate. Apparently some "sent" msgs don't always get through. At times I have to uninstall and then reinstall it to get it to open up.

Just doesn't work as well as it should freezes up a lot

So far so good. Haven't had any issues! I'm satisfied.

App works good, but constantly have to reset password. Log out and you have to reset password to log back in, that part sucks.

Love the Hirscbach app except for one thing you have to log out a lot to access the pay portal

Easy to use and navigate. Makes it easy to work without having to run to the truck or call in.

It was working good till this past weekend but now I can't even get logged back into it

I love it. Hirschbach is not only the best company I've ever worked for. This is the third company I've worked for with their own app and is it the best app yet.

This app might not look like much but don't let the clever looking HIRSCHBACH logo trick you into thinking that is an ordinary app.. It Is the best thing ever happened to my phone without a doubt! I updated this app and my phone promptly transformed into a Shelby Mustang GT 500 ,And I've driven over 300 miles in it and the gas gauge still says full! Thank you Hirschbach for the app that will change the Freight Relocation Engineer world forever! !! I look forward to the next update!

It is a good app, but out does freeze up and I have to log out to see payroll sometimes.but not enough to be a major issue

Love the app a lot more than people net. The app is easy to use and you can delete multiple messages at the same time. Not to mention. Load status and payroll. Looks simple on the outside, but you will love what is on the inside.

The app is even better and more user friendly than the people net.Well done. Multi delete options on msgs and load NFO is all that's missing.

Just wish it would do everything message wise instead of very limited messages

i wish that the driver and Dm would go that extra step by putting in the trailer # especially if its going to be RELAYED in the "message" section of the application.

Works great, just be nice to have more of the macros on here as easier to type out messages versus peoplenet

Its an OK app but doesn't always work.

Wonderful App. Lately Payroll wont pull up....

It's so convenient

App could be better. I have to log out if I want to check my pay for the week it freezes up from time to time.

Puts everything you need right at your fingertips.

Has a problem with see load pages as 5/10/16 the information isn't there.

App is really easy to use. Do have to log out and log back in to see payroll sometimes. Scanning the paperwork and seeing load info is easy and convenient. Wish they would add load requested funds to the new message macros, it would make it more convenient for the drivers to request lumper fees.

Need to be able to send direct mesg ... also need name on mesg to know who sent it
