About Photosphere XMP Tagger

This application just adds Photosphere XMP tag to your equirectangular format JPG image.
Simple version of "http://photo-sphere.appspot.com".
Please make sure that your image is "JPG" and horizontally 360 degree.

This application doesn't work alone. Use "Share menu" and then the tagged image is saved as "***_XMP.JPG" in the same folder.
This app supports standard gallery apps e.g.Quickpic. Not available from Google's "Photo" app.

Once you get used to the fact it works through the Share function of your file browser, it does exactly what it says on the tin hassle free. Especially handy for 360 degree panorama created through Cardboard Camera that you want to export to Google Street View because somehow said camera application will not tag 360 degree panorama as photospheres.

This simple app allows you to use panoramas made in other functions as photo spheres.

Now, I can edit my photospheres and return the metadata if the photo editor removes it! Thank you!!!

Easy work around for lost photosphere XMP data in what would otherwise be a real pain in the arse problem to fix.

Won't run on nexus 6 with Android marshmallow.

Perfect, but it took me some time figuring out how to properly use it. You have to share the photo then choose this app, and then thats it

This is perfect. Works, is very easy and stays outta the way! Needed to get photosphere Metadata on/back on pics so that cardboard would recognize them. Worked flawlessly after hours of struggling with other methods!

This app enabled my Cardboard Camera photo sphere to render in Google Maps as a photo sphere instead of a regular photo.

Simply choose the app as a share option when viewing any image in the gallery and quickly adds the metadata to it. Then all you have to do is add the "PANO_" prefix to the image and you can view it using google cardboards photosphere viewer.

Does what it's supposed to, simply and reliably!

Что делает прога : Копирует фото в той же папке , добавляет к названию ***_xmp.jpg

This app can tag any image with photosphere xmp metadata. It is very fast! Currently, it only works properly if your panorama is actually 360º around and centered on the equator. If your pano is less than 360, or not centered on the equator, then it will not look correct when viewed interactively in the photosphere viewer. I would love to see the ability to correct this shortcoming. For example, maybe I shoot a 360º photo that goes all the way up, but not all the way down. I won't be able to achieve the correct photosphere metadata with this app. Anyway, I highly recommend this app if you use "other" pano apps such as Autostitch.

This is such a great little work around for those of us who take photospheres and then edit them in the g photo editor on our phones. Saving the edited pano seems to remove the photosphere xml, and this little app just puts it back. Perfect! Thank you dev for creating this! (moto x)
