Appy Couple

Fiancee set this up for our wedding. Looks good, but I'm logged in to the wedding and our site has not updated for me, even though she has added a lot to it. She has 5 pages of events, I only have 2, I logged out and uninstalled the app and it still won't update with the newer information. Can someone help please?

The UI to set up is not user friendly. It's pretty but the wedding code process is annoying esp if emails are required. Some technical flaws (time zone) and widgets could be more customizable. I would love a refund but I need to keep the site until after the wedding.

So far, no good. Paid to have my wedding on this site. The first time I use the app it froze after I entered the email address. Seriously???? 3 hours creating this and now I think I'm going to request a refund and start all over again with a different site.

Works well for the basics - photo, story, information sharing - and the designs are beautiful. But app has been dead for 2 days now with a message that upgrades are underway and service will return in a few short hours. Extremely disappointing and irresponsible. Company definitely needs to figure out ways to update the app without interrupting service.

Enter wedding code and nothing happens. App also prevents virtual buttons appearing. Have to push power button to lock screen then exit app

The app is cool and has potential but taking/uploading photos is extremely slow. I dont want my guests taking a photo and having to wait 5 minutes while it thinks about uploading. Would like a refund please.

The app has been crashing non-stop over the past three days. All my guests complain that they are unable to use the gallery because the app crashes as soon as u attempt to open a photo.

If you enter a incorrect code or email during the initial sign up the app freezes and you need to restart. Ios users can't seem to send messages to android users via the app. Scrolling in the Travel section is not smooth and requires multiple flicks to scroll just a few millimeters. Also don't like that the email guests get is labeled "alpy couple" instead of "so and so's wedding"- emails end up in spam. Very buggy app in General although a nice design. Maybe you cab fix a few issues before my wedding;)

The update has ruined a good product. I paid for my site, customized it and was hoping it streamlined the RSVP process. However the update ruined the custom theme and halted all the guest from RSVPing.

Yes, the designs are beautiful and the layout is great, but there are still some problems. Biggest one for me, if you upload any photos, it loads them in the order you upload them in. Which, seems like no big thing until you realize your engagement photos, that are designed to go in a particular order, are all messed up. I know it seems small, but when you spend a lot on the photos and want them shared properly, it's extremely irritating. I've sent 3 or 4 emails since January with the promise of some big upgrade "in 2 weeks". Needless to say, after being told "in 2 weeks" 4 times in 4 months, I'm not optimistic. There are better platforms that don't charge, I suggest using those.

Worst app, so inconvenient. Should be a way to search without having the code, ughhh deleting this crap ap

New update issues: since the resent update this week. i hate this app. I am having an adult only wedding and asked all guests to RSVP using appy. a guess signed today asking me " if this true I get to RSVP additional 5ppl and site asking me if the person is a child or not ". You are inviting children now

PLEASE DELETE THIS APP. Since the upgrade, my wedding guests are being forced to install two apps. Learn how to manage your upgrades Appy...

The app looks good but is so slow! What a pain having to use it for our friends' wedding...

On the mobile app, can't scroll properly the pages. Not smooth, not a great experience.

Can't even get past the login without crapping out.

I like this and want to give it 5 stars but there is no way to actual do anything from the app??? All I can do is login as a guest. Thought there would be a place to set myself up as an admin or something. No timeline either :(

Can't get out of the app before restarting you phone. App is not mobile friendly.

The mobile sign up just loops around; I signed up, got the e-mail, used the link & it took me back to the sign up page to start over. Very frustrating - not a good first impression for a website/app business!

LATEST UPDATE TOTALLY RUINED MY WEBSITE!! I'm a big fan of Appy Couple (and a paying subscriber) and have been using it to build a beautiful website and app over the course of the last few months. It took time and dedication. And now, with the update to the 3.0 version, all my text layouts are messed up and I'm encountering several other issues: - Text spacing (between a line and the other) is now messed up - both on the app and on the website. Adding a new line to the web editor doesn't result in a new line or spacing in the app. Which is super annoying and results in a massive block of text. - Small complementary images are now huge and totally out of place in the web version. They used to nicely and subtly complement the text header but now they're massive at the bottom of the paragraph (or rounded in the app). - Some images are cut out in the app version. - RSVP counter doesn't show the actual number of RSVPed guests. Why launching such a buggy new version when the old one was working absolutely fine?! Please fix ASAP or revert to previous version.

I am unable to upload a profile pic. The error message is not useful since it doesn't explain why my photo would not upload. Is it too large? 862 kb? Since the couple has asked friends & family to upload their photos to this site, I am concerned that there may be further issues with photo uploads. They are counting on these photos since there is no professional photographer.

Can't even get past the code login. It does nothing.

Seems very poorly designed. Menu items appear under the couple's name and aren't clickable.

App will not register wedding code.

Extremely slow and badly designed. It isn't intuitive to both me and end users.

Used to be ok, now has stopped sending notifications on android Nougat..

The RSVP Manager doesn't show the count it only gives the list of accepted, declined, not yet responded. It'd be helpful to have the totals in addition to the names.

I couldnt get past the log in. Frustrating

Login bugs still aren't fixed despite the release notes. Can't get past email submit. Really hope this is all resolved before our guests start using it.

Freezes cant do anything on Galaxy

I am unable to see my correct names on my rsvp list although I am getting constant emails for people who have rsvp'd.

Takes way to long to "scroll" through information on main page using the app.

Lousy UI. Slow and unintuitive.

No option to edit via app, and the website has a very confusing method of email invitations.

Based on Honor 8 mobile, I had to restart my phone to exit the app.

Love the appy couple app, powerful set of features!

Our guests weren't able to rsvp using the app. We couldn't get a number of features to work. We ended up having to contact all of our guests to double check their rsvp's and give them our updates, which was stressful and time consuming.
