I brought a pass from the website with my credit card. The payment came out but nothing has happened I still have no "PASS" it's a scam! And what's worse is I found it at Australia post. They are selling a product that doesn't work.

It's laggy, it doesn't download offline maps, it crashes whenever you attempt to do anything but look at where hotspots are. The worst app I've ever used for a service that doesn't work. Steer very clear.

Avoid at all and any cost. This app and associated Wifi access simply doesnt work. Two weeks in NYC and I have not had a single connection. This is just another Aus Post con. Staff don't have a clue. DO NOT FALL for this. You get no service at all.

This App is useless. It does not work. 99% of the time it won't even open. Do not get sucked in to Worldifi - you are better off relying on free wi-fi hotspots. Can't stress enough -This App is USELESS

My sister and I each purchased this before travelling over a month ago. Absolute waste of money time and effort. Could not access wifi at all. Had to resort to using free wifi at various locations along the way. Not acceptable when hoping to rely on the security for money transfers and banking while away. Also, was just sent an email asking to complete a survey asking "what did I think about WorldiFi"? Can't get access to this survey as it appears to be closed. Maybe they can't get that right either. WIll be seeking a full refund since I can't get back all the time wasted trying to get the app working. NOT HAPPY at all. Doesn't even warrant one star in my opinion

Worst App I brought ever. If I through away my money to rubbish bin was better. But I am so angry from post office of Australia who advertised and sold such rubbish product.

Didnt work the whole time I was away. App kept crashing. Even when the app wasn't open I would get notifications on my phone it had stopped working.

Absolute piece of rubbish. Didn't work most of time. Was never needed in NZ as there are plenty of free wifi. Not worth downloading tet alone paying for

Its a trash. Nothing works. Don't waste your time and money on this useless thing.

App keeps frozen

Absolutely terrible app. Don't even bother. App constantly freezes and map unresponsive. Can only search wifis as well... Have not been able to connect to a worldifi network. Don't pay the 25 dollars.

Horrible app. Wasted $25 on this stupid thing and it didn't work at all when I was in New Zealand. DO NOT BUY.

Im not even sure what worldifi does because the app constantly crashes when you try to open it and if it does manage to open it will then freeze and then crash, i have an s7 and have updated this app to try to get it to work but no good.

Not easy to get going nor user friendly for older Australians

Simply does not work. (Galaxy S3 4G) Crashes 3 seconds after opening EVERY time. Useless. Uninstalling EDIT: I re-installed it. Same problem. Crashes 3 seconds after opening. Uninstalling AGAIN. :(

DON'T WASTE your money !!! I bought it without reading the review following day asked refund for said NO WAY refund tried to use it in Japan Does NOT work. The application USELESS. End up local Wifi and used pocket wifi from hotel.

Never really worked. The idea is great but in the month I had the pass all I connected to was a free wifi at a library that was public anyway. Waste of money for my pass and I have uninstalled.

This app is absolutely terrible and useless. Would not recommend at all.

Useless app, won't open, can't redeem voucher, will be asking for a refund when I get back. Luckily I have Boingo as a back up.

Worst app ever, does absolutely nothing and just takes your money, terrible customer support that never get back to you. Stay clear DO NOT USE!!!! This app should be removed. Don't fall for the lies.

Purchased a TravelSim with a free 30 days trial of Worldifi. Very disappointed. Could not use it once in Shanghai Airport, Toronto City. Really useless. You are better off finding and using the free WiFi at all the locations you go to or easily seek out a Starbucks or similar retail outlet that provides free WiFi.
