A handy app, but occasionally completely wrong so you cannot trust it. My advice is always carry the paper copy (or have a very efficient wife)

Everytime i try to see whats on when i go it says "your not connected to the internet" clearly am otherwise would not be able to download it.

I always go 3times a year and love it. The app is so easy to use and book my breaks excellent

This app is good but could do with a new revamp and give more information about services .opening times, restaurant menus , prices, special offers

When I click on the what's on option it says I'm not connected to interent (which I im) and won't it won't work

Saying no Internet. Past two years I've downloaded it it has always worked!

Says unable to connect to the internet?

Can plan your days with ease and can always check to see what's happening at a touch of a button

Useful app if you're in Butlins. Has all the info you need.

Was useful to know what was on when. But the technology is a bit old fashioned.

I rarely say an app is amazing but this one is just perfect, works well and is so easy to use. I love that you can also add things to your calendar to plan things, so you dont forget anything! Also being able to see restaurant menus is great.

Im Butlins4life, who needs abroad when you have Butlins but I had to give this app 4 stars because i don't think its updated

This app is amazing.. I am not a person who is .. "What's on next ?.. oh not sure if I like that? ..anything else on?.. you down load it then pick what you like then send it to your calender on your phone AMAZING .. It made our family holiday .. and no stress .. thank you

Really good app. I use it to see whats on just before my break, and its handy when I'm at butlins as I can just check the app on my phone. Highly recommend!

Blurred map on zoom and uses way more bandwidth than it should. But better than nothing.

It's a useful app but only if you are on a family break, tried looking at what's on today for it to tell me it's not a family break, I don't care if it's not a family break I'm here and want to know what's going on

App not working keeps saying.not comnected to internet

Pretty useful but could do with more information about every venue on site. Also the map quality is terrible!

Sat on Minehead resort having a crappy holiday and every time I open this App it wants to 'update' with the latest info. Every fvckin time. And it's out of sync with the entertainment guide.

Minehead map is very out of date. None of the new accommodations are on it and a lot has moved around and/or been added to the resort (the diner, village shop, gold reception to name a few) which have not been updated on the app map. Rendering this map next to useless.

This app last year was great, could always get info straight away now it is always unable to connect...needs sorting asap to get better star rating

Would be nice if my location was shown on the map

Map is pathetic - just a photo of the paper map. Should be interactive. No check in or out info. No Splashworld opening times or other info. Scanty opening times. Not all eating places included. No closing times info. No info about later funfair closing time on Thurs. Entertainment info often wrong. I could go on and on. ........

Excellent & helpful app, have used it several times whilst in butlins. Its easy to find out what's on throughout the day, must say have had no problems with it.

Downloaded to plan my holiday most of the stuff on it is not actually on at butlins. To quote the staff "just use the booklets on site. The app picks up stuff that's not on" load of rubbish waist of time and data

I downloaded prior to a long weekend at Minehead, thinking it would be handy. As others have reported, it would take forever to update (especially if you've used your free 30mins daily wifi) and says cannot connect to the internet intermittently. We left our What's On planner in the room and so checked the next activities on the app, and stuff was missing and it listed things that weren't on, so I went to reception to confirm that the wrestling was on and they confirmed that the app is updated in advance and the paper copy is the final draft, definitive guide printed on the Friday morning (in this instance). So we waited for a non-existant puppet show and nearly forgot the wrestling thanks to this outdated information. So when it sits there asking you to wait while it updates, it's not updating, I don't know what it's doing. But I have it straight from the horses mouth that the paper guide is the definitive guide. The map is handy as it is interactive, ie you can tap locations for more info, but that's as good as this gets in my opinion. And if you've been before chances are you won't even look at the map.
