Hover- With Proximity Sensor

Ever Wanted to Control your phone without touching it? Now its possible even without using front camera

Its being developed as Research & Development Project for DHCS Course under the guidance of Prof. Ponnurangam Kumaraguru (http://precog.iiitd.edu.in/) at IIIT Delhi.

It enables user to control their device using Hand Gesture/Hover Detection on android phones WITHOUT USING FRONT CAMERA and enables the user to control Various things.
We only need the Proximity Sensor of your device and you are good to go.

What Can You do? :

1. Control WIFI
2. Control BLUETOOTH
3. Quickly Unlock SCREEN

Supported Gestures:
1. Swipe
2. Double Swipe
3. Hold.

Upcoming Controls: :
1. Call Accept/Reject
2. Music Controls.

Steps to Know:

For Controlling WIFI or Bluetooth:

1. Turn on Service
2. click Wifi or bluetooth
3. swipe to Turn On Wifi/Bluetooth
4. double swipe Turn Off Wifi/Bluetooth.

For Unlocking Screen:

1. Turn on Service.
2. click Phone Icon
3. Lock the phone
4. Swipe Once on the phone.
5. Your phone will be unlocked.


Note: There are many issues discovered during testing on Micromax devices. We are still working on it. Otherwise the application works fine on every device. Right now this application works perfectly on all Samsung devices.
