If you have status using this to check on seems to prevent you getting an upgrade. I used to be upgraded over 50% of my visits. Since using the app - 0%. Also difficult to see all rooms that are available. It is easier, but all in all, I prefer the front desk for check in and this for last minute reservations and/or changes.

It used to be awesome, hands down but lately since the update ,it won't load hotels anymore. U try to check availability n it says "oops, something went wrong on our side" or it says "maybe available", then when u click on hotel, it won't pull anything up regarding availability. And it's not cuz it's sold out, it does with every single hotel there is. Fix it n I'll give u 5 stars cuz I live this app

How come it doesn't have NFC room unlock like IOS? Issues with crashing when restricting access in Marshmallow. MARCH 2017 UPDATE..... This app has much improved since my initial review. They have added Digital Key and no more issues with crashing. Room layouts could be better and if they incorporated reviews into the app it would be much easier.

The app works ok. Downfall is you could look at layout of room b4 they updated the app. Last time I used it I didn't get my bonus points for checking in with it. Their new search policy stinks big time. You have to fill out the whole form to find out points and money. That is a waste of time when you want to check out different hotels. Hilton go back to a user friendly app and internet program

Best hotel app out there. I like the digital key, although a recent incident resulted in a stranger walking into my room at 8pm while I was at dinner due to a system glitch.

While it is simple to navigate. As a business traveler, sometimes my plans change. This app does not give you the option to cancel a reservation so you have to go thru / call the Hilton reservation line

Love being able to check in prior to arrival and choosing your room. An option to see where room is located on the floor would be nice. The app is easy to use, I have no problems with it.

Previous version didn't ask to turn on location for digital key. This new version I just updated is asking location to turn on before I can use it. Why do I need to turn on location?? If it is working before then why do you guys are changing it. Btw, my location is always on but on Power Saving mode and it is working with Digital Key on pervious version and not with new version. Now I have to turn on location to high accuracy mode for able to use Digital Key.

Everything is great, except your mapping. It directed me to the wrong address for the hotel while staying in Round Rock, Texas

I love that I can use my phone for a key to the room! I wish the app would give more info with what each package includes when I'm booking a room. It just seems pretty vague​. Overall a great app.

Besides the fact that the app freezes up and causes me to restart my phone, I love it. The user interface needs more work.

The app allows for checking in and room selection. However, it is pretty poor in showing you room choices. It only gives you 2-3 room choices even in higher hotels. Also, it is asking to input your credit card info after the room selection even though you have used same card when you booked the reservation.

Has turned to total crap over the last month. I book 4-5 nights a week, and I'm constantly having to give up and just call the hotel. It won't load prices, won't load availability, persistently has "technical hiccups", claims a room and rate is no longer available in the middle of your res, when it is.

I travel a lot for work and this makes my life so much easier. I already stay with Hilton every time I can, but the app takes customer service to the next level, allowing me to customize my stay to my needs and specifications.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The app is always perfect no issues I use it on multiple devices. HHONERS is the best thing

Very easy app to seamlessly book rooms with a combination of HHonors rewards points and cash. App provides you with very clear status at every step of booking process including final Confirmation. Recommended!

I love the app...One enhancement would be the option to check out and email receipt (unless I am missing it). And Hilton comes through! That makes it a 5 from my perspective.

Works great and keeps all of my reservations in one place. No more worry about deleting emials.

App crashes every time I try to select a room via the app.

What a piece of crap. You took a functional app and made it completely useless. Will. Not. Load. Frustrating.

I like it. However, how do I can't get the fingerprint logon to work. Help.

After using the app for 2+years now, it's improved greatly in usability, functions, and stability. It now works great for e-checkin, reservations, HH status, and hotel info.

You can't get a digital key if you don't request it 24 hours before you check in. Why?

OK for basic bookings, but frustrating how the website takes me to the app version which doesn't let me see all the info on the full site - eg parking charges, full pet policy, etc. I've given up and booked with two other non-hilton hotels for recent stays because I can check hotel specific policies far more quickly and easily on their full sites.

This app will not shows friends and family rates so prices were a lot more than if I looked at the normal website.

I have a question : if I book through another booking online site; can I register my hilton honor number ? And how can I register to be added in my hilton honor account?

I like the fact that normally, I can cancel up to 24 hrs. before check in. This app is super easy to use.
