My School Pass

My School Pass - is a 21st century solution to a common school practice. My School Pass monitors student movement in and around the school building using technological advances to better secure school buildings and by providing valuable data to improve instruction. My School pass is uniquely designed to provide schools with increased accountability, security and additional data otherwise unavailable to school leaders.

This digital technology allows students to use their own smartphone/tablets or school issued technology to request a “hall pass” to various locations previously approved by your staff.

Teachers are able to approve passes utilizing today’s technology by entering their own “personalized access code” into the electronic device and track the following:
- Time missed from each class period
- Time missed by each student
- Identify ”Pass” Violators
- Collect “My School Pass” data to improve instruction
- Approve Passes

School and District administrators are able to:
