What are HIIT Workouts?
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of training that can produce greater fat burn than medium-intensity activities such as running and biking.
HIIT workouts consists of short bursts of high-intensity exercise, followed by brief moments of rest. Each Interval switches muscle groups to allow specific muscles to rest. HIIT regiments burn fat while also building muscle.

Tutorial too long and too wordy, it's a fitness app, it shouldn't have to come with an instructional manual. The layout is confusing. I signed up, pressed 'start workout', this led me to a login screen and when I logged in, it showed me the log screen. I had to start a workout again from the start screen. There are typos in the titles. At first, I had to do "but kicks" and immediately after that - "butt kicks". Finally, the particular sound of the beep is irritating to me. But other than that, it's great!
