App is just not working. Tried install uninstall and phone on and off still won't open. Please fix so I can give the app a real score as this is abit of a let down as I'm looking at buying a product and just wanted more information on it. Thank you.

I love this app! I can now buy all my favourite tv shopping products with just a few clicks of my phone, I don't even have to leave the sofa!

1 star is too good for this app. I would like to use it but it just doesn't wrk. I tried it on 2x samsung phones s5 and galaxy note even on my tablets both samsung tab 4 and it still wouldn't work. Asked for my address 4 times which I had to use my galaxy note for it to wrk then when we got passed that hurdle it would not accept a visa debit card. Now I have to to wait till their lines open to order the pressure cooker.
