app does not log in uninstall until they fix it

Can't log in on my phone. Need to make it compatible with a samsung.

Giving one star is being nice. Can't log in. Complete junk, don't put an app out there that just does not work.

I entered everything correctly and it will not log me in. Error message

I think you have to be subscribed to the parent alert through the school or something but I can't access it so I can't tell you but DON'T download if you don't already have the parent alert

This sucks you cant even log in DO NOT GET IT.

Cant log in. Only on home computer. Obviously not compatiable with samsung. That could be a problem. Very unhappy.

Need to be able to log in...it is called Parent Alert for a reason.

Sms and email worked from android.

It is shameful that our school pays for this service, but the mobile app almost never logs on. That is critical for emergencies. FIX THIS, please!

How do I subscribe? I have a renweb account. I paid for the app.

Even after ensuring the credentials are correct, can't login ... I'm guessing this isn't ready just yet.

Wont let me log in, uninstalled until its fixed

Update for Android phones needed badly 2nd time downloaded & unistalled. Either wouldn't connect to log in or would say invalid username/password when using the correct one for both. Logs in on main computer with same info.

Well, ive entered my account correctly and I cant log in.. So please fix that.

There is nothing wrong with this app or the login. This is not the parent access app. This is only for school administrators to send out alerts from th school. The parents receive the alert according to their preferences: email, text, phone call. If you can't log in, it is probably because you don't understand the reason for the app.

It won't get me in my username. It just says that it's invalid.

You cant even login so this app is worthless.

Please fix bug. It worked at first, but after the Google update it states "fails to connect"

I can log on just fine but wasn't successful in creating a voice alert. App crashed. Didn't try sending an other type of alert, though. Will try again with next update.

Remember this app is for admins to send communications for school families and staff. ParentHome will be the app for parents. It is currently an iPhone/iPad app.

This app sucks, won't even let you login.
