BankMobile Vibe App

Easy, convenient...I have been using since 2008 ( under Higher One). I am no longer a student but still use this as my one and only bank. I am 53 yrs old. This app is safe for all my banking needs. Bill pay, Direct deposit, add cash at the register, check capture. I have zero fees.

I frequently have issues with the check capture feature. Which is the most important feature that I use. This app is only good to me when it works properly. Been trying to check capture the same check for 3 days now. It wouldn't submit my check. Today, I have a "this feature is currently unavailable" message. Boooooooo!

This bank just wants to rip you off! They can't even do direct deposits correctly. Don't even try to talk to a person. It will take you 45 min of prompts. I am finding a new bank, I suggest you do the same.

Got the card thru school and decided to use it over my Rush card for my jobs direct deposit. HUGE mistake. With my Rush card I received my pay Wednesday of every pay week. With this card I receive it at noon Friday (an hour earlier than I can get a paper check). Good for budgeting and refunds but that's it.

It is fine if all you want it for is your school refunds. It used to be the only account I used but the check capture option has stopped working. Very frustrating, I have automatic payments set up through this account but will have to change to another bank due to the lack of ability to easily add funds.

Bank mobile use to be Higher one for college students. They have changed ownership and names several times since I have been a member begining in 2010. Since then they have withdrawn great features and added miscellaneous fees without giving proper notice to its memebers. This is not a smart bank for customers. They claim they work for you when all they really do is assign fees, no face to face banking, and no American tellers when you call customer service. There's no rewards, interest, or perks for long time members. Sad.

This app needs work! About all its good for is checking balances on ur card. Check capture feature sucks! Doesn't ever want to capture and has a limit on amount of check u can deposit. Ugh! No thanks!

I can't even get past the long in screen. If I'm downloading on my mobile phone and the app closes every time I go to check my email, how will I ever be able to verify my account? This is dumb. I'm really ready to switch banks bc I would like to be able to deposit checks by taking a picture.

Im using this bank as a student. It wont let me access my account. Im worried and have stuff to do and this is a huge hassle!! Please fix immediately!!

I enjoy this app... when it works. Every night for a few hours it has all essential features "unavailable". It's 2017: My money should be available to me at ALL times! Now for the last 3 days 9/10 times I try to login it says your entire server is unavailable. If I messed up with the same account, I would receive a fee I'm sure. Get it together!

Worked just fine till yesterday then it quit working. Can't log in, online, on the phone or anything. You have my money and I can't see what's in my account. Thanks for making my bills late. I will be finding a new bank now.

My app has stopped working on cellular data and will work only via WiFi! What changed? I am an android user

Deposits take entirely too long. I do check capture with my other bank's app and the money is posted within an hour... with this app it takes at least two days but if I deposit money on a Friday I won't even see it until Tuesday. It's so inconvenient to have money in limbo like that.

Extremely easy to use. The app offers all my banking needs in one place. I will hate to lose my account after I finish my degree.

Can't log in through the moblie app nor through their website. Get it together. How else am I supposed to review my account.

I would give 5 stars, but app suddenly stopped letting me add funds from bank accounts I had previously been able to access. I can only do it online on laptop now. Fix and will give higher rating.

Love this app. The only thing for me to love it more is for the login to remember my password too, but I understand leaving that blank each time. Safety is more important than convenience, and the app is very convenient already.

EasyDeposit is STILL nowhere to be found?! My account is active, funded, and my identity verified, but still nothing; it's getting very frustrating. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

I really like this app. Very convenient for you. The check capture link is awesome all I have to do is take a picture of the check and it is deposited. No more going to check cashing places with ridiculous fees.

Great way to get the money my school owes me. Very few fees and customer service actually contacts you with a human that actually looks at the issue you have.

I think it's a great app for my purpose. I don't use it much, but it's convenient for me.

The "Easy Deposit" does not work. I have been unable to deposit checks.

It's ok once you have received your second school stipend u will have to use a virtual card until then and it takes about 10 days to receive the card in the mail but after all that the bank is great for active student

It says you can deposit checks, but as far as I can tell that just isn't true. There is no menu option for easy deposit or anywhere else to do so.

I cant log in!! I've called customer so many times to send the code to either my emial or phone and it never comes!! I literally have to call every time to see how much i have in my account because i cant log into the app or online!! Help!!

This app barely ever works. The check capture feature is completely unreliable and using it results in an error message far more often then a deposited check.

All day long, "can't connect to the servers". This is a BANKING app! Unacceptable.

They controll to much. I made a mistake, and now will pay it forever. cant even mobole load checks.. INCONVIENENT!!

I deposit my checks right away! At first it was glitchy but if you get the right light it's goes!

App keeps crashing or says server unavailable for days. Uninstalled and re-installed 3 times in the last week.

It always takes at least 3 or more times before the check is accepted It's very frustrating to use.

Love ,love ,love the snapshot feature. It is really easy for me save money and see my total break down!

hate can't access anything from like 1 am to 5am most days that's when I'm up

Needs live support. Internal issues bill fee's incorrectly. No local banks in the majority of major citys.

The app hadn't been working for the last several days.....had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times and now it finally works again! Otherwise, I do rely on the app a lot & I'm very happy with it!

This is a pretty kool app. I love the fact that I am able to turn my card off when I loss it instead of canceling it.

I love this app mainly for its turn the card on/off feature. Gives me peace of mind knowing that i can leave my card off and inly rurn it in when im going to use it.
