High Class Car Service

Worst cab service ever. Every time you request a cab on the app is always a no show or the driver ends up picking someone else in the location. They pick up who ever they want with out asking you if you call or request. Don't recommend this service to no one.

The Dispatchers are very rude...dont use this company...the owner should give them customer service class to the animals of Dispatch that he or she has working there

I like this app, cabs on time thanks to it.

Good sometimes ,it crashes,they need to add how much it cost from place to place.

I was waiting for 10 minute and dispatcher tell me software crash

Not worth it. Always wait 20+ minutes for a cab. Seen designated cabs just pass by location and change to pick up passenger without stopping. RIDICULOUS!

Can't get as cab if you use the credit card option. These cabs don't like credit cards.

Call the base and there was no available cabs, so I decided to use the app for the first time and I got a cab in three min

When I attached a credit card to my profile, drivers stopped picking me up. Worst than that they would cancel pick ups. This got me to use others services like Uber.

After waiting for more than 40 mins, the customer service told a us that the cab picked up another person and that it would be back in 10 mins, so we had to wait until they send another cab, seriously? Bah!

This app is horrible. It works when it wants to + when it actually does work the timing is not accurate.

I absolutely love this app!!! I use it very very frequently! I just wish I could figure out how to pay with my credit card!

Awesome for reservation I reserved a car with prestige to jfk from the bronx and they never called me I was lucky I had the highclass app I reserved my cab with high class and they came 5 mins early and waited and got us to the airport on time. Love it!!!

It was really good specially to use in loud places where you can't use your phone, but after a while it doesn't work, you have to delete it and download again, and after a couple of days you have to keep doing it

This company is awesome I booked a reservation via my mobile device and the experience was amazing, no waiting time on phone, and I was monitoring the drivers location in my cell phone. This application describe you the vehicle information and exactly how long is from your address. This past Saturday weather was freezing, windy and with my 10 months old babe I knew exactly when my designated driver was outside. THANK YOU HIGH CLASS FOR MAKING YOUR PASSENGERS LIVE CONFORTABLE SPECIALLY WITH THIS WEATHER AND THE SAFETY OF WOMEN IN THE STREETS. LOVE YOU GUYS.
