HID Mobile Access

Can you help me with the app? It keeps crashing whenever I tried to open it to access my office.

This app sucks your battery when you close it. You have to specifically remember to put it in sleep mode every time you use it.

as a distributor of the HID Portal for mobile access, I find minor bugs with the software in daily use and configuration of HID readers. I often get an error when trying to configure a reader as it cannot pull the details of the reader through the BLE app. also twist and go takes quite some time to respond, even with in a close proximity to the readers. otherwise this is a fantastic product!

Hi, Has anyone used Samsung S4 mini-version 4.4.2 of the app? It've only works with NFC identification. BLE once worked for identification after installation. Since then, the app shows BLE problem.

The app restarted my Huawei P9. Is this a quality access control app or restarter software? because i still can restart my phone without using your app. Now i can't enter my office. When i can't enter my office, i cant work. When i cant work, i dont get salary. When i don't get salary, my family hungry. When my family hungry, my wife will scold me. YOUR APP MAKE MY WIFE SCOLD ME!!!

I used it until my Huawei P8 updates to android 6. Since then the app restart my phone... Please repair this issue.

Any administrators here who know what tool you use to generate the code? I admin a site with compatible multiClass reader and want to send out these registration code to the mobile phone user. Help please!

The latest update not working on Huawei 09 plus

Please post a breakdown of why this needs each permission - please be specific. This is a program installed to make it easier to get in/out of my company. NFC, Bluetooth - these I understand. Location? Running apps? Read/delete files? There are others. These appear to be intrusive and unnecessary permissions. It is best-practice for developers to explain the permissions that their apps require and it is not difficult to do.

i ended up installing this for work but basically only for a spin. I fail to understand why it needs access to files, photos, location, call history, etc etc. It's all very wrorrying. *** update: did not accept the EULA

It would be much more convenient than constantly pulling out your giant phone.

This does exactly what it is supposed to do. THere are many people saying here "It doesn't work... I don't have the code." I don't know what role you all have and how you got this software... so if this sounds insulting because you manage these systems I am directing it at all people not just you. The code is not a software code... the software is free. Think of the code as an INVITE TO GET A BADGE. It needs to be mailed to you by the person who manages the system. I think it is part of the badge management software because the e-mail I got looked automated not hand typed. If it was just a software code then everyone with a cell phone would be walking into any building they wanted and HID would go out of business because the system would serve no purpose... so seriously think of that CODE as A SECOND BADGE... and your badge system admin has to get it to you.

I have purchased the compatible multiCLASS SE RP10 readers. How do I get the codes for the app? Could someone point me in the right direction as I can't find a solution on the web.
