HMA! VPN Proxy & WiFi Security

Here's my issue and if it gets fixed HMA will then be perfect. Whenever i turn this app on it doesn't allow me to download or to stream videos easily, processes are broken or they say that they can not be open, now the question is, how are you hiding me if i am unable to open streaming file once HMA is open????? This has been a problem for a while but i just installed HMA onto an Android box and to my surprise this is still an issue. I am a pro user and have been for 3 or more years, i pay seventy something dollars for the right to use this product and if you are unable to hide me and unable allow me the same viewing pleasures that i am accustomed then there's no use to continue using HMA and i will stop telling friends to use you app. Oh and no i will not resubmit this information in an email because i am telling you the problem with your app right now.

Android app used to work fine, but latest update is almost unusably slow. Menu animations take forever as does starting a vpn link. Once connected performance is ok , but then again takes a long time to be able to terminate connection.

I got this from they're website . They gave really great support for Linux. No other one I've tried so far has . I had an all around good experience with the HMA help window. Maybe my experience was different from the other people who have reviewed because I got it from the website ,then went for a device app after ? As far as the app ,I do like that it's going to be faster. But I didn't want to give a full 5 stars because I like encryption and it's not an option with the android app . But without it it'll be faster and less of a battery hog . To the point you can just leave it connected and the battery doesn't drain as fast as ones like vypr . So it's not the end of the world . So I decided to give the 5 stars anyway . If they'd just offer encryption as an option ?

They give you the hardest time in getting a refund. Stay far away people. You've be warn. Next step is to file dispute with paypal.

I try to connect to many countrys there is nothing its disconnecting me much times and i try to know the problem its didnt give me any thing what to do please

Android app is terrible. I can't connect to any VPN server on either my Android tablet or phone. When I try to submit diagnostics through the app it crashes again!!

Wow free 7 day trial...but the catch is you have to purchase a 1 month subscription...nice try but I want to try it out for free without paying anything then decide after if your service is worth the pay...i'm not trusting those money back guarantee anymore aince that one other vpn I used that never gave me back my refund for their lousy service....so yeah if you could just give a real free trial then that's good but if not then I.'m ginna move on and find somethhing else.

The results are nothing short of spectacular.I connected from Greece to the Gibraltar server. Download speed was 43 Mbits, upload 5mbps ping was a reasonable 256 msec.It would be nice if the Android app allowed immediate start to the favourite server. Also it would be nice if app rotated. All in all a fine performance!

HMA now is the worse don't download big waste of money and time

Tells you that you have a one week free trial and then asks you for a credit card to continue. Deceptive!

Problem of connection

I was charged twice and never received a refund. I cant get in touch with anyone tried to email but no response. I need a vpn to be able to send a ticket through the app. Cancelled subscription through google play. They charged me but when I log in it still states my account has expired. Poor ability to communicate with.

Before the update it was working perfectly Now after last update nothing works, including Contact Support button which crashes the app. All servers are Unavailable and Favorites section grows infinitely by repeating the same countries. I agree with all other recent comments. Will apply for a refund.

The last update broke the app for me. I have to uninstall and reinstall to switch servers because after the initial pick, it tells me every other server is unavailable. Also the contact support option on the app that would collect system information does not work, when I try to use it, Google says the app stops responding and must be closed. Before the update everything worked great, but uninstalling it gets old quick after paying for the last year

I had hide my ass for years, but then it stopped working for Netflix. I was going to stay a customer, but then it stopped working for Hulu. I ended up not using it for the last 4 months of my subscription as support was unwilling or unable to help. I gave up and went with another provider.

I had this service for years. Until this past year, I have been getting disconnected from all devices....differently for each. My computer down right resets my router. My tablet just resets my wifi. Granted this wasn't an issue for the last 5 years I have had this service. UPDATE Now I cannot log on because the service keeps forgetting my password. I cannot even log onto the main website. The entire service has bugs. Reply to HMA I have tried the customer service. I don't like waiting 2 days for a reply. The chatting option is not easy to find.

I have to edit my previous comment and to make it clear to you HMA, the service isn't working as described and it's very annoying that I can't get the service that I paid for without interruptions. I can't help it but to ask for a REFUND.

bad vpn please don't buy it they don't provide you with the location from your choose like if you select india you will be in singapore location stupid vpn

The last updates made the App (Android and Windows) worse: I get a lot of errors saying the server is unavailable, every server appears twice and it doesn't save favourites well (some disappear). I already cleaned cache, data and reinstalled the app but the same occurs (I tested on a TV box and Note 4). The Windows version makes the connection very slow and a lot of issues over Ethernet (on WiFi also but not so much), also tested on a new desktop and a 2 year old PC, both W10 64-bit.

i used trial pack but finaly i have to cancel my account. for this resons: *** after connecting whenever i have checked the my new location on the map by "what is my ip address" app , there was no any change to new location on the map ofcourse ip has been changed and all webs have been unblocked but my new location on map was the same first orginal location

By far one of the best vpn services I've used !! It's fast and easy to connect . I will definitely be renewing my subscription.

The app gets stuck regularly, and is not able to connect to the server, very frustrating and sorry I made a subscription.

Useless app.after I selected different location I can't navigate from current country site.waste of money and time.

in desktop app.hma works with no problem.in my android device.always connecting on fb videocalling services.im here at saudi arabia.the service is blocked by isp here.i use this app to unblock the service in desktop.
