بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
مقدمة
وقد أتينا على جمل من هديه صلى الله عليه وسلم فى المغازى والسير والبعوث والسرايا، والرسائل، والكتب التى كتب بها إلى الملوك ونوابهم.
ونحن نتبع ذلك بذكر فصول نافعة فى هديه فى الطب الذى تطبب به، ووصفه لغيره، ونبين ما فيه من الحكمة التى تعجز عقول أكثر الأطباء عن الوصول إليها، وأن نسبة طبهم إليها كنسبة طب العجائز إلى طبهم، فنقول وبالله المستعان، ومنه نستمد الحول والقوة:
المرض نوعان: مرض القلوب، ومرض الأبدان. وهما مذكوران فى القرآن.
ومرض القلوب نوعان: مرض شبهة وشك، ومرض شهوة وغى، وكلاهما فى القرآن. قال تعالى فى مرض الشبهة: {فى قلوبهم مرض فزادهم الله مرضا} [البقرة: 10].
وقال تعالى: {وليقول الذين فى قلوبهم مرض والكافرون ماذا أراد الله بهذا مثلا} [المدثر:31].
وقال تعالى فى حق من دعى إلى تحكيم القرآن والسنة، فأبى وأعرض: {وإذا دعوا إلى الله ورسوله ليحكم بينهم إذا فريق منهم معرضون وإن يكن لهم الحق يأتوا إليه مذعنين أفى قلوبهم مرض أم ارتابوا أم يخافون أن يحيف الله عليهم ورسوله، بل أولئك هم الظالمون} [النور: 48-50]، فهذا مرض الشبهات والشكوك.
وأما مرض الشهوات، فقال تعالى: {يا نساء النبى لستن كأحد من النساء،

Introduction
