can you tell me how to set ftp server setting and developer please fix mail alarm video function.becouse after completing all its says fail . so pls fix and one more thing make a direct ring to owner mobile number when any alarm motion activity found. it will increase your product rating and sale

App needs work. Give us SMS notifications!!! This app sucks at push notifications, often does not reliably notify of alarms for motion detection, has issues connecting to my cameras for no reason, limited features / overly basic functions layout interphase, uses excessive RAM memory and requires unnecessary app permissions. Setting up new cameras is hit or miss. Since the last update a lot of features don't work anymore.

Nice app. Only problem i have is, the alarm won't notify me if the app is closed (I will get an email though). Also would be nice if it repeatedly took pics while the motion detection is going off and sent it to my camera roll.

NOTE ! Only works with 17 UID not 20 UID. PTZ works roughly 35° movements, way too big. BUYING NEW P2P CAMS? MAKE SURE UID NUMBER IS 20 DIGITS/CODES. Don't get caught as i and every other person using this app!! You Been Warned. Apparently this is the only app on playstore that works with 17 symbol UID. I bought 2 ip ptz SANNCE Cameras. BIG MISTAKE.

Worked great until last update, going on 3 days now and still cannot get connected. Update: had to take all existing camera's down and reconnect to router by lan. With future updates let's make it where we can reconnect wirelessly. Overall a great app!

The app needs actual instructions, such as something that explains this app's idea of a "schedule". I also found it impossible to setup a camera via wireless so the initial setup must be completed via LAN. The software is frustrating, but functional. All that said, the primary functions of the app do work and we're very happy with the quality of the camera. While i wish that the software was better, it does work, and that's what matters at the end of the day.

When I try to see display, it appears for a fraction of a second, then it disappears. It use to work ok until the last update.

Does not work properly with OnePlus5. Keep saying "connecting" even when my camera is online on other phones. Only way to see the feed is uninstall and reinstall the app. Please fix.

Was working great loved it and now i cant connect one of the cameras. It's saying wrong password but all settings are correct. Feel like sending camera back

Nice product. Clear pic but I hate it bcos it's a Chinese product.

Drains battery in background like crazy, every update I hope this gets fixed but never does.. Forgot to clear it from ram again, went from 83% to 16% in 7,5h overnight..

It's good but there are a few easy things that would make it near perfect. Shorten or eliminate the splash screen for starters.

I like it but the notification stays at the top to say its running in the background and it is really annoying.

Alarm notifications cannot work. By turning on, it will get a "open fail" message after 5seconds. Then it will off again. Why this cannot work. This has happened for 9 months now. Help!

Can't view recorded videos from sdcard? It keeks say failed to open video?

Good app but this would be a lot better if you could set up pan and tilt to presets , so it would scan automatically on your selected presets

Would rate 5 starts if the motion detection had more settings. Currently takes pics too soon when doors open and never gets a picture of the person opening the door. All I ever get is a slightly open door with a hand on it. Would also be handy if we could select the motion detection area.

It says motion detected and when I click on it it just adds my camera the same time. I can't view the motion detection. It's very important. When I put in my email for email alerts it says failed test and failed to safe email. Please fix your app. And the last thing is you can't name the camera. At the top corner it says Jennov and the corrupt time.

AN OUTSTANDING UPDATE ** Thank you for your continued code and effords ** from the UK. A great addition is the facility to download stored videos from the cameras SD card to a mobile appliance ie Android phone etc. The same would be great for images if you could please... Thank You, for reading your mail. PLEASE NOTE. all negative reviews on this software setup problems are due to the end user not knowing what your doing. I've not had one problem with this. 5*

No longer streams recordings that are stored on the camera memory card. We have to download each recording to view them, a complete waste of time. I was able to stream recordings through my phone but not anymore. Please fix that. The updated app looks nice but it doesn't matter if we can't stream the recordings that are stored on memory card and I remember being able to stream recordings before the app was updated.

The setup of the camera was not too bad. It found the one camera I was using it for, but never managed to discover my Foscam camera. I also had problems viewing the files recorded on the camera's SD card. I 'solved' this by setting up the ftp to the web address of my server. No idea why this worked.
