La Asociación Centro para el Desarrollo Rural del Sur de Tenerife -Comarca Chasna-Isora-, que aglutina a los municipios de Santiago del Teide, Guía de Isora, Adeje, Arona, San Miguel de Abona, Vilaflor de Chasna, Granadilla de Abona, Arico y Fasnia, en su apuesta porque la naturaleza, el paisaje y los elementos que configuran la etnografía, supongan una importante herramienta de desarrollo local, presenta esta aplicación, que propone reunir en ella los itinerarios más singulares de cada municipio de la comarca,y que cuenta con la co-financiacióndel Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), el Gobierno de Canarias y el Cabildo de Tenerife.
Se incluyen en ella tanto los Senderos Homologados (S.H.) existentes, que son aquellos que cuentan con el reconocimiento como pertenecientes a la Red Canaria de Senderos, como algunos de los “Caminos Tradicionales (C.T.)” que en cada municipio tienen una especial relevancia y prevalencia, y que además cumplan unos estándares de seguridad suficientes.
En la aplicación encontramos tanto información que nos facilitará organizar previamente nuestros itinerarios, como recursos para usar durante el recorrido.
Tenemos cuatro apartados:
• Información institucional: qué es la Asociación Chasna Isora; qué tipo de itinerarios nos vamos a encontrar; cómo reconocer las “marcas” en los recorridos; recomendaciones; teléfonos y contactos de interés (SOS, información metrológica, transporte público,…)
• Información de los 9 municipios de la Comarca: breve descripción de cada uno, extensión y población; teléfonos, direcciones y webs de contacto (ayuntamientos, desarrollo local, turismo); lugares de interés y espacios naturales protegidos; filtrado de itinerarios de cada municipio.
• Listado inicial de casi 50 itinerarios:con una breve descripción de cada uno; lugar de inicio y final; nivel de dificultad; distancia, duración estimada, desnivel acumulado en subida y en bajada…; perfil de elevación; mapa del recorrido con posibilidad de geolocalización; descarga del track; relación con otros itinerarios.
• Mapa general: con visualización e identificación de todos los itinerarios y sus puntos de inicio y final y posibilidad de geolocalización.
La aplicación estará disponible en tres idiomas: español, inglés y alemán. Actualmente solo en español.
ALGUNAS RECOMENDACIONES PARA CAMINAR POR EL MEDIO NATURAL:
* Recuerde que si decide realizar este sendero lo hace bajo su propia responsabilidad.
* Camine en compañía e informe a familiares, amigos o conocidos sobre su ruta y horarios previstos.
* Llevar algo de ropa de abrigo, un chubasquero, comida y agua. No olvidar: gorro, crema solar y un teléfono móvil con la batería cargada.
* Equiparse con material específico, sobre todo en los pies: las botas de trekking o similares son fundamentales.
* Llévese toda la basura incluso la biodegradable. No recolecte plantas, ni animales.
* Respete las costumbres e intimidad de los habitantes del lugar, así como las propiedades ajenas. No perturbe la tranquilidad del lugar.

It included both existing Approved Senderos (SH), which are those that are recognized as belonging to the Canary Islands Trail Network, as some of the "Caminos Traditional (CT)" in each municipality have a special relevance and prevalence, and also meet certain standards of safety.
In the application we find both information that will enable us to organize our schedules previously, as resources for use during the trip.
We have four sections:

• Information of the 9 municipalities of the region: a brief description of each, size and population; phone numbers, addresses and contact sites (municipalities, local development, tourism); sights and protected natural areas; filtering itineraries of each municipality.
• initial list of nearly 50 routes: a brief description of each; Instead of beginning and end; difficulty level; distance, estimated duration, accumulated slope uphill and downhill ...; elevation profile; map of the route with the possibility of geolocation; Download track; relative to other routes.

The application will be available in three languages: Spanish, English and German. Currently only in Spanish.
SOME TIPS FOR WALKING BY THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT:
* Remember that if you decide to make this path do so at your own risk.
* Walk in the company and report to family, friends or acquaintances about your route and schedules.
* Bring some warm clothing, waterproofs, food and water. Do not forget: hat, sunscreen and a mobile phone with the battery charged.
* Equip with specific material, especially in the feet, trekking boots or similar are essential.
* Take all trash even biodegradable. Do not collect plants or animals.
* Respect the customs and privacy of the residents, as well as the property of others. Do not disturb the tranquility of the place.
