Exactly just what I need. It auto answers a call then turn on the speaker. I only hope that this app can support dual SIM (doesn't work on my phone) and should have an option to minimize automatically after a call.

Simple. Works great. Love the explicit whitelist separate from contacts. Could use smarter number matching (eg not require the +1 at the beginning) but this is a minor annoyance. Auto speaker remains on even if auto answer disabled.
