APP opens nice but if you try to expand it to see it better, or contract it, it goes all over the place. Can't focus on any one item. It is to hard to maneuver through. The bones are there for a usable app but the substance lacks. There is no way to close app. Usually double click back key does it, There is NO escape unless you clear out of everything. I would expect better from HHGregg. Go online if you have to see there items and prices.

Why make an app that redirects you to the website when you click on an item for more details? Jyst seems stupid to me.

Very slow app. Error messages keep coming up and exits you under the app. No way to back out or clear history.

I've had this app for a while and now it won't even open. I've never had a problem with it until the last week or so.

Spams your phone about 11% off sales all of the time but sale excludes everything. Plus Best Buy has better selection on well everything.

When you try to exit from an image view, it goes back to the main home screen and deletes any filters. Uninstalled.

I found the app itself functions quite well, except when I tried to exit. Not finding an "exit button," I attempted to use the "back button" on my phone. I was able to finally exit the app after constantly hit it about 50 times. I'm uninstalling it now. I seem to find this same issue more and more often with several apps. I can't understand why theses companies feel NOT having a simple way to exit is OK. I guess they feel the easy way to exit is through a purchase. That's NOT good business!

For such a prominent store their app sucks. Tons of bugs, freezes all the time, product descriptions are weak, if you leave app an come back it starts you off from the same screen instead of taking you to home screen, hard to maneuver through, pages won't scroll down unless you rotate screen, locks you into pick view mode when you just want a quick close up of product then try to go back etc., etc. Plain and simple this app is garbage, so hhgregg please take your trash out or recycle the dam thing because this app has no business being on the Google play store or any other app marketplace for that matter.

I have tried this app on a few different devices all with the same results. You cannot see what is added in the cart it freezes and locks. slow response when pressing items. suggestion to HH Gregg start over on both your mobile site and your mobile app.. FYI when I was looking for a TV a few months back I could not get your site to load. I bought at Best Buy ..

App is slow and layout makes it hard to browse product section. App will not open when updates are available. App does not update in the Play store or show updates available for the app. A tactic often used by malware.
