Cannot view referrals as promised on TriCare recording

Horrible. Every doctor I called was closed, not at that practice, or the one that was happened to be 40 miles away. I don't want to drive forty miles to deliver my baby. This is the worst app I've ever used. Way to show military families how much you care, Humana. P.s. There's about 15 doctors close by, that I can use.

This app is useless. I can use the web to find providers and everyone should already know if they as a patient is on Tricare/Humana. I wanted something that gave me quick acccess to referrals and kept track of appt like my doctors app does. This just lets you look up SOME doctors, not even all. total waste of time. Uninstalling as soon as I post this reveiw.

Can't use app at all. I only get request forbidden message. Error 1001. USELESS., Also their email for help doesn't work. I'm a paying customer and veteran. Everyone deserves better support than this.

Can't access anything useful such as referral. Only good to check eligibility, PCM, or make payment. Extremely limited, so much so as to be useless.

Every time I go to sign on to yours system it tells me my username or my password are incorrect I got my username used it to find my password and it still will not let me get past that I am not able to log into the system at all

Cannot access referral status. It is not useful as a beneficiary.

The app isn't very user friendly. Also, many of the options are no longer available.

They said I could find the information for oral surgeons on here no option for it!

When you search by zip code is not give, they dump everthing, then you have to search one by one and check the location, when should be done went you put the zip code should give you what is available in your zip code and by miles radium. If you want better score, the search need to be fix. Fix it please, Thank you.

Horrible app. The biggest waist of time. Didn't even let me see my referrals or any other information.

This app is only good if you need to make a payment nothing more (kinda let's you know the only thing they care about).

You can't look at claims or anything

It's awesome that I can pay on here but it sucks that I can't find out what my next due date is if I can't remember because I like to overpay sometimes. I use TRS and it is hell trying to find a doctor to take it even though it's still TRICARE. The doctors treat me as if my insurance is not valid to them and tell me I need to pay full cost. More service for the National Gaurdsman please.

Did the developers test this app before launching it? My goodness, this is an absolute waste of time. It cant tell who my PCM is. Hell, it can't even identify me based on my ID number!

Wow, what a useless app. Can't view my Tricare Humana account or details I need....like referrals and previous claim and EOB. I'm uninstalling this app ASAP

Unable to view insurance cards nor claims. Seems to have been created only to pay premium

No functionality besides payment method. Which doesn't help because it doesn't even tell you what account is already on file or when your next due date is anyways.

Feels like the only reason it exists is to say "we have an app".

Not surprised that vets get a crap app for their health care

Finding out of i owe for the month. I dont know if my payment covers health and dental, or just health. The website is just as bad. I havent found a way to pay for dental alone so i assume its together. This app is garbage. ALSO if you have root, install xposed and then root cloak module. Otherwise it wont work

Works ok. Can't find my primary care physician but I understand it's a work in progress. Interested to see what changes your updates will bring.

This app is mainly for Humana to collect payments. You can find a provider but cannot see referrals. App was definitely not created for the insured.

This app is almost useless unless you want to make a payment. No way to schedule an appointment? That's kind of a basic feature, isn't it?

Making a payment was easy! Not a bad app, just needs a little beefing up. It's pretty limited right now.

Says won't work on rooted device for security reasons. Sorry, for security reasons I won't be unroofing.

Can't submit documents or view anything other than a payment screen or very general information you should already know.

Poor description. Very few services provided. No frequently asked questions. Where can I view records, prescriptions, appointments, etc.

Stop complaining and make suggestions to make it better. There are other systems in place that you can use, like tricare online or for me RELAY HEALTH where I have an option to send messages to my provider. If any of you can come up with a better ideal than create an application that will work. Thanks Humana for at least attempting to create something to start with.

One of the items I continually complain about is the lack of a payment reminder feature. Life is busy enough without having to try and remember when my next quarterly payment is due.

Doctors are not in alpha order so incredibly difficult to find someone. This should be an EASY fix folks come on. Other than a list of doctors I really do not know what this app does.

My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 recently updated its operating software, and now the Humana Military app shows up in my apps as the first one, alphabetically. I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again; same thing... It is not among the apps that begin with "H", but it displays as if it was the first app that begins with "A"

Stop being stupid and change your settings from recently installed to alphabetical order.
