The best open source GTD for Android, Linux and Windows sharing.
Hello, Is there any plan to update this application? I can't add effort on this version. It would be wonderful if you develop it to add efforts for a task. Thanks.
I love the Windows version of this program. Will probably convert to this app eventually, when they make it as good as the Windows version. Right now, it's just not ready yet.
I mainly wanted to use this to transfer my tasks from the desktop app, so I could see them on the go. In particular I wanted to see today's tasks, and be able to manually sort them into the order I will do them in - updating on the go... But even though this LOOKS like it has manual sort, it doesn't.
I've been using this great little App for a while. I do all the heavy duty sorting on the Desktop or PC and use the App more as a reference throughout the day. I sync using Dropbox. It works really well! My thanks to the developer for spending time on building this little gem. Feedback: If you could polish the UI a bit to feel and perform like commercial apps such as Todoist, it'd be unbeatable.
Unable to save anything with default storage location (error msg). The N4 does not have an SD card. Trying other locations results in tasks just disappearing when the app is reopened. I was also hoping it might offer password protection/encryption. It otherwise looks promising.
It's usefulness is very limited by missing simple functionality (like hiding inactive tasks), some strange behaviors (sorting by due date shows tasks without due date before tasks due today) and bugs (widget does not work). Maybe one day it will be more useful, but as it is today, it does not help that much. Update: My widget does not show anything, even though I have tasks that are due today. What kind of additional information should I write?
It's obviously unfinished and the last release was over a year ago. It's an Android version of the open source desktop program Task Coach but is not open source itself. It's a good start, but if it doesn't do what you want there's nothing you can do about it.
Good app
I love this program on my computer, but I'm still clueless about how I can import my projects on android. Any instructions somewhere? I see no "import" button in in the app, and nothing was done automatically after installation.
Task Coach is one of the best open source programs. All it needed was a decent Android app...this one is superb. Just the right features for a phone version of the desktop program.
notes are not saved, buggy and not usable
Developer responded very quickly to a feature request I made. Thank you!!
Helped to keep the billing correct!
I've wanted this for years.
Best app i have evr used,
I haven't tried it yet, but I am so excited, as I've wanted thus for years.
Desktop version is the best task manager I ever saw. I'm happy that I have it on my phone too. I sync them with Dropbox.
There are still some issues. Category problem.
