The ability to transfer money from a check into your bank account sucks its useless

hfs is so awesome

Always has login problems I know that the info I entered is correct it logs when it feels like it but most time it says error I logged in once next time same day a few hours later it won't work

This app only works on my t mobile phone ,will not work on my Verizon phone

Once you get it on your phone and log in it's great. But it gives me the hardest time with asking me random security questions I've never chosen. Really frustrating. Because there's no tech support.

Doesn't let me log in. It asks me different security questions consecutively --questions that I had never previously given the answers to.

It's easier, don't have to call the bank.

Been having challenges pulling up keyboard and believe it could be linked to my screen sensitivity and autorotation might fix. Redownloading the app has worked for a while.

I like the new updates they have added to the app, to make it easier to deposit checks without having to go in, transfer money from one account to another daily without having to call in and checking account balances and transactions quickly and easily.

are not possible with this app. Once you log-in with your account info. you are locked in. There is no way to log out and clear that info and sign in with another account. Otherwise excellent and easy to use. **The NEW version is slow, and often has issues with connection. I haven't been able to even deposit a check as the host was unavilable. Never had a problem with the old version. Not happy with this service!!

Can't start app. "A system error had occurred..." uninstalling and reinstalling was a temporary fix, but seeing it again about a week later

Had to Uninstall / Reinstall, now works fine.

It constantly gives me an error and won't launch now, never had a problem before

I depend on this app and the recent update caused it to stop working completely

Otherwise useful. It will show balance 2-3 times then error message, call bank. Uninstall, reinstall, works fine 2-3 times then same.

Doesn't even let me log in! Every time I type in my answer for my security question and press enter and it just resets the question...SMH

Please fix or allow rollbacks

I like how quickly i can connect to my accounts. Problem is i can only connect to one account group but i have another account and can only get into one. No way to log out and log in to the other account. Want to do mobile deposit to second account but not possible. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

Fix this so that I can log in with different account IDs and it goes to 4 stars. Add deposits from the app and it gets a solid 5 stars.

Sometimes there's system errors.but other than that...it's great!

Because it keeps asking questions over and over again! Is there something wrong with this? If it does! Its really irritating!

Keeps crashing

I have more than one account. Why can't I log out and log into my other account? Ipad app has that feature.

Never got to use it. After installing the app, it went thru a series of questions for identification purposes, but for 1 whole hour it kept asking me repetitively the SAME QUESTIONS! So it got uninstalled.
