Bought a dining table and bookshelf but the quality is terrible. The dining table is so wobbly and was told there will be carpenter sent who hasnt come at all. Secondly the man who came for assembly of the bookshelf knew nothing of the product..took forever to fit it and in fitting it alao damaged the product. Word of advice..pls dont ever buy from this place.
Its horrible as the call centre never pickup calls ,no confirmation about delivery. Cheaters
Their products are of worst quality and their delivery time is horrible and no after sale service. They are not capable to meet their warranty.Its just a trap which means buy and suffer. Please don't buy if u are in Bangalore

Have purchased king size bed, and I got it with damaged plank. Am following up with customer service since 1 month but dint got any resolution yet. Also they don't have any escalation matrix where u can escalate ur complain. Very unprofessional ecommerce site I have experiences
Order on 13 march and expected delivery date was 24 march, still no update from them, emailing customer care doesn't reply any acknowledge. Bad idea to trust and try new site.
I wanted to buy a bookshelf but based on the reviews i just cannot manage to pay in advance ..if you guys can provide cash on delivery option .i ll buy it right away ..The app works fine though
It always shows user id not found. I did several times password reset also to log in but no use. I tried to log in in app and even in website also but same problem. Rectify problem. In have gone through comments. Lot of people are giving same complaint. U fools didnt rectify till now.
HFOD06685 order no. .....i have still not recieved it and it has been over 20 days . If i still not recieved it in 3 days i will complaint to consumer forum . No one picks that custome care no. And most of the time it shows busy .
Dont buy from here guys. 100% ur mony ll go. Pakka west guys housefull. I lost my 15000rs. If cal custmr care allways busy. Nevr..nevr buy guys..

I saw the variety furnitures and wanted to place an order for a wardrobe but after going through the comments i think it is better to buy from a local shop.. But the products shown are really nice and really wanted to buy but i am not to confident about the products after the comments.

The information available on order is amazing. I am sure one needs to be literate and educated to use this mobile app. As all these apps have many ppl create their login to occupy space on the website. And if the id gets deleted or removed, isnt that the same that happens to your email address if u dont login for a prolonged period. Well housefull furniture and ur tech team you all doing a wonderful job. Unfortunately have to offer apologies to the uneducated and technically challenged. Kudoz.
It's a worst decision to buy anything from Housefull. Pathetic service. Finally after all the misery I am returning it. As I wrote to you with all the details, it's absolutely No use and still no refund after 50 days... It's going to be 60 days soon and yet.. no assembly and you guys should seriously consider stop selling...
Application UI is good and one can find his furniture like the way I had found mine(only reason for 1/5 rating), but the service could not be worse. A Street shop's service would be better than this. No update on my product, and when I would try to contact customer care it would always be busy and henceforth I would not get an update of my product. It has been 22 days and still not received. I request people to not to use this app at all. It may give loads of discounts, but it is of no sense.
App is good but service is worst. No update after ordered the product. We hv to cal the customer care to know the status of our order. And there is no guarantee until they deliver our product. I ordered my product 10 days back and paid the full amount.when I cald the customer care after 10 days, they simply said product is not available.
After ordering the product ..customers are kept in dark..this In spite of calling customer support twice.. I'm still not re-assured that product will be delivered on time. Your customer service don't instill confidence and trust in customers.. poor service..
In my case , my account got deleted permanently as when i tried login again after a month, it said that the email doesn't exist. My previous orders were there in that account. Seems like they play with prod data like that only. :P
Spent 20 minutes reading the reviews..none of the review gave me confidence to download the app..i need to buy a dining table and study table..will buy from a local store

This is the worst furniture app. The customer service is not available at any time. No updates about our products and delivery. It does not answers our questions. Overall a bad experience.
The app is just awesome to shop online furniture and furnishings..

A nice easy on eyes clutter free App doesn't bamboozle you with all the products at one go you can drill down to what you want. Loved the h logo.
After booking, no info about expected date of delivery, no tracki ng. Very worst. After having spent, keeping customers under dark is unacceptable. Pathetic service. Really worst. See other online platforms and update properly.
Once you order, they don't give you any information about the expected date of delivery or any tracking details. The app has no customer care number and no option to cancel an order! So I mailed an enquiry about my order but there was no reply. Then I got the customer care number from the desktop website but they just won't pick up. This is my first experience with this app and will definitely be my last.

They are into business of cheating customer. They take money while ordering the furniture and will never ever deliver giving lame excuse.. really bad people out there.. no one is incharge, no one damn care about customer. There has to a ban on this app and their website . Totally cooked up reveiws and rating out there. They are not at all worth even trying.. I lost my money at least keep your safe... feels cheated and they are least interested..
