Bring back the orange version

Great product

Love it and willing to pay the $10 per month. Would like to see the ability to receive MMS from people without the app. Would also like to be able to search for contacts, now I have to scroll down until I find the person. Would like the auto reply feature to give the option of still receiving a notification while activated, and finally would like to send voice and MMS direct, not as a link. Thank you.

Your original app was perfect. Marketing is what it lacked. You have upset many people. Loyal people to your company. Myself being one. I have several friends that used this app as well. If little me knew several people using this app. I imagine your customer base should have been quite large. Your new direction is a joke. In my opinion. I hope the best for your new direction. But, as with my industry, restaurants mostly. Your hot at the beginning, the lows are expected. Changing too much..your gone. HVAC.

I was out of the country and I really liked the Orange app, I used the fake number for my whatsapp, I reset my phone by accident :/ and noowwww I don't have any contacts at all. All my friends have the number from hey wire and I'm not able to open the app anymore. Sad that I lost all my contacts just for using this app for years and it was close in one day, I didn't have time to let them know my real number.

I just don't understand why you couldn't make that app which is actually this one and keep the one that everybody is bitching that you took if you had the money to produce this you couldn't let the other one exists still you know you're an entrepreneur in the hole free texting business I can't believe you let your long time customers which I know is pretty much anybody who had it has had it from day one and you do this to me and them that's why I say this........ Assholes you know how much you screwed people . your percentage rate has dropped crazy numbers and do you think you're going to get people back when you try to bring that back by then they would have moved on to something better and that's just when is going to be bad move CHECKMATE I was with you from day one. You think because you gave a little heads up that was okay .

It's a horribly cumbersome application at an outrageous price they really must be kidding us with the price. I know this is targeted to businesses but if the home market apps of a similar nature are free, 50 bucks a month is highway robbery. Don't trust this company they cut their home users off without a warning and said they would support existing customers and stopped at a week later so there are so crooked as a dog's hind leg

You'll never know how bad Heywire screwed me on the most important day of my life by taking my communication away.

Looks like someone is money hungry. Ad revune wasnt enough was it? Had to make EVERYONE pay for it. Here's where you guys start going downhill .... I only downloaded the app to give you a terrible rating in which you deserve.

This is simply the best thing I've done to increase engagement with my customers. My email open rates were dropping, and I thought I'd give text a try. The results have been astounding and my customers are much more responsive than they ever were when I was primarily using email. I recommend this app for anyone looking for another way to reach their customers.

I've been waiting for something like this for quite some time. I can now text from my office landline, using my Android phone, avoiding exposing my cell number. Patients can text my landline, while I receive those texts on my Android phone. I can archive important conversations to Evernote, email, etc. All with this app and the service it connects to. Highly recommended.

Please allow fwd to email or text rather than forcing use of separate app or pc client or web...
