The entire process of booking a bike taxi for yourself is pretty simple and within your palms.
1. Download and install the Hey Bob Rides app on your android.
2. Turn on your location and click OK.
3. Request for a ride.
4. Enjoy the ride with Bob for a very reasonable rate.
Pay just Rs.5 per Km.
(Base fare of Rs.10 applicable for the ride)

1) The promo code application after clicking on Ride Now always fails with "Invalid promo code".
Ans: Please use the "Promo" navigation drawer (menu list) item to apply your promo code.

Earlier the app and the riders both were working good but now both are degrading day by day. Riders are intentionally telling to cancel the ride by giving an excuse that they are very far and cannot reach the pickup point. Very disappointed with the service.

It's better to take a Rapido than hey Bob. Coz their drivers are never on time. If they are far they will say plz cancel the ride and their app is not user friendly. I had coins in my account which gets deducted without even taking a ride and they can't fix it.

There are so many bugs in app. Even though I can see a rider.. I hardly get the confirm booking.. Many times phone is switched off. And there is no way to contact driver. No way to provide any feedback about these things. At least give a customer care no. And please Inc the no of driver.

I have downloded the app in my cell however, App is unable to verify my mobile no. Tried 100 times but no verification done till now ...Please note that I'm using 3g network.... if downloading of this app create such nuances then forget about the service....

When we cancel the trip with 'Rider denied Duty', the next Bookings also goes to same rider. We have to wait until new rider comes near our location or the denied rider gets another booking. No feedback button in the app to write feedbacks in case of simiar issues.

Hi,Some bug in the app.aftet the ride billing notification keeps coming.. I informed one of the rider on this.. Kindly fix the bug. I uninstall the app due same problem.. Pls fix it as soon as possible.

I booked a bob like 10 times and in the initial 5 times the same driver confirmed the booking and said that i m far away so you please cancel and book another but afterwards when i booked another driver confirmed and said the same thing.

When I try to find biker in app, it shows they are very near, like 8-10 mins far. But when I call them after booking, I find that that arrive 30mins far from my location.

Never got a single rider in 10 days. Also says we don't serve in your area sometimes. I stay in Centre of the city, on Race course Rd.
