Gives me an error saying "failed to upload" every time I try to log progress. Terrible horrible no good very bad app

The app closes whenever I try to switch trails or view my profile. Also, I only see one attraction for each of the other trails, or no attractions for my trail. I can see that I am 18% of the way to my goal but I think I should be able to view my trail. I have a Motorola Droid Maxx. A coworker with an iphone said she's not having any problems.

It keeps crashing when I try to access my profile. If there wasnt a contest at work using this app, I would delete it.

I can't imagine what this app was like before the fix. I belong to a huge company who just launched a great program the includes prize giveaways. Part of the incentive was huge discounts on fitbits so needless to say alot of us got one. Now those of us with fitbits can't sync them into this program. We keep hitting the "refresh" and nothing. It literally took me 11 minutes yesterday to sync my steps. We all are having this problem. Very frustrating

The app deleted all of my logs and it shows 0 miles for everyone on my team. I can't view profile without the app force closing every time.

it would be nice if it would have the abilities of the actual website. this app is pretty useless to me. Sorry

I can't log anything from this app. There must me a glitch in the new update.

What is this supposed to do? It says log progress, but the screen is blank....? UPDATE - the official promotion started, the app still doesn't do anything. Deleted.

Stretching sessions can't be saved. Doesn't allow points to be added for daily tip answer.

Walking and exercises

Generally okay; but the Android version doesn't show the Tip question of the day as far as I can tell

Our company just launched this. So far (three weeks later) I haven't once been able to log in or even open the app. Every time I open it, It says it stopped and needs to quit. Haven't been in even once. And I don't see an update for it. Sad.

Great app to follow your health habits, and change them.

App wouldn't let me use a complex password like the website. I had 3 special characters, password was 12+ characters long, and it worked on the website but never in the app.

App force-closes when navigating through the menus. HTC One M8

Keeps telling me I have a wrong email and password. No place to add a new account

I can't not log my miles in on this app

Progress log is completely blank with no function to add...only circular swirl to update.

Just updated 48hrs ago and now it won't open. Was working just fine on my HTC One up to that point.

Updated to newest version and now won't even open on my Nexus 5.

The update made the app crash! Can't even open the app anymore. Was working fine. Now nothing again.

The update won't allow the app to open. Was working just fine and was a good app prior to the update.

Won't open. Error message! Tried to re install but that didn't work either.

Just brings up a blank page so you can't log any progress.

This app has absolutely zero content on it. Would be nice to be able to use it once we start logging but doesn't look like that is going to happen.

Can't update steps taken. Allows for water consumption and sleep editing though.

Can't choose trail and can't log progress. Maybe I'm too early? Just get complete blank white screens for these two.

Very simple and easy. Much easier to use than logging on to our companies web site and accessing that way! Does anyone know how to get this app on a Kindle without rooting the tablet?
